Que perfeição!
@@leandrosilva0817 muito obrigado
@DarrenMcKinney1 obrigado você por nós oferecer um conteúdo tão bom!👏👏👏🇧🇷
Hi what is dvla fleet number?
Watched every part. Really great Job Mate! ✊🏽🤝🏽🌪️
@@harrytornado thanks very much
How did you book your mot? They ask for a reg and vin number but obviously I haven’t got a reg yet! Any help would be great. Thanks
@@Hondmad you’ll have to phone into the mot centre as you can’t do it online with the reg unfortunately
@ thanks mate really appreciate it
But in suzuki sv650 2004 where i must connect green wire?
I rebuilt my carb and got it to idle at 2-3k rpms. I loosened the pilot idle screws just a tad bit and now it wont idle at all. Just shuts off. I tried a couple different adjustments but i just cant seem to get it to idle. Any recommendations?
the first thing I would do if possible is get a Haynes manual or workshop manual for your exact biker and reset all the settings to standard. if you get it running then adjust the idle knob at the side of the carbs to lower the rpm and not the mixture screws. Also remember to balance the carbs too as this could be affecting it
How much is your air screw out?
@@johankristensen98 the little mixture screw is out around 2 and a 1/4 turns
@@DarrenMcKinney1 okay but what about thr air screw? The one on the air intake side, not engine side
You got that fix video my guy?
@@05LTZ400 sorry man, the customer couldn’t get the parts so he never fixed it
@@DarrenMcKinney1 that's to bad! Thanks for the comments gonna check it today !
@@05LTZ400 on this bike the housing that the water pump screws onto is made of magnesium and when the water pump is removed you can see it is corroded away allowing oil and water to mix. I think this only happened a few year models. Maybe 05-06 if my memoir is correct
Hi, I have one that is a 1998, but I don´t know why for that year is really difficult to find some pieces, do you know where can find the motor gaskets?? Thank you for your help
@@djapomixis Hi, did you try Fowler parts? If they don’t have them then possibly CSML could have them as well.
@DarrenMcKinney1 No, i didn't, but I will, thank you for your help, if they have the pieces and I'm able to fix it, I will send you a picture of the results.@@DarrenMcKinney1
Beautiful work from switzerland 🎉
@@RiccardoMorra-i7i Thank you very much. I really appreciate comments like that.
Hey, what's the model of handlebars? Where did you get that? Are they from Honda or accesory?
@@MrMushek hey. Sorry that bike didn’t belong to me I was just fitting the plugs so I’m not sure what the handlebar brand is
Do you put petrol in it
Suzuki GSX 750 F. Year 1998. Green wire on blue not working. You need connect green wire to pin n.14 on instument cluster (tachometer named) or first coil under fuel tank (black/yellow) wire. On this connection working perfectly. Btw if not showing gear 1 in learning just switch 1 gear and continue. In it showing “n” just press clutch and wait for 2 on display etc. Sorry for my bad enlish. Product is very good. Thanks.
It would be nice if you would show it like step by step from the begining tho
@@jojoak4208 sorry about that. It was one of my first videos on an old phone and I hadn’t just got the hang of the videoing yet
Glad I found your channel. I just picked up a 1999 katana 600 for $400 USD needs fork seals, and a carb clean and tank clean before i can turn it on but watching your build series gave me some much needed confidence.
@@uknowwho214 that’s great to hear. They are a great bike and fairy simple to work on. I hope you have many happy years with your bike.
I want to put a 140cc yx in my yamasaki ym50. With 55 rear tooth sprocket. Dose any one know what top speed and acceleration would be like
What about 17 55
is it the same wiring for GSXR 750 96?
@@global156 unfortunately im not 100% sure as I only worked on the 98 onwards. I’d imagine there will at least be different colours etc but I find the best thing for this kind of information is a Haynes manual or a workshop manual. They are a great help
Absolutely brilliant series of videos on the 600F. Have the 750 and beginning to restore it and this is really helpful. Cheers
@@Jonathan-yd8ud thank you very much Jonathan. This was my first go at making a series and I got better with each video (I hope anyway lol). Really glad you enjoyed them
How did you make your pitbike legal im down south in ireland and bought a 125 pitbike and wanna make it road legal
@@Joey-j5q9o for here we have to do a Nova application the same as England and then use a v55/5 form to register a used motorbike. You would need to have a look to see if you have to do the same nova form in the south, which I’m sure you do, and then get back to me and I can explain about doing the nova
Hi
When you register a means of transport I’m pretty sure you give the deeds away therefor the DVLA basically now own it. Soo, if you get any tickets, you can just send the DVLA the tickets since they own it now.
What if someone monkey with my throat scene will it make the bike run by itself
Hi there, the video is great! Do you have any issues with the rim lock leaking? Thanks for your help, John

@@DarrenMcKinney1 black
Ok I’ll find out from my painter. I know it’s a VW colour so I’ll find that out for you as soon as I can
okay, Ive done the NOVA form, an d received an email back, saying its time to contact DVLA... Now what form do i need? V55/4 or V55/5? cheers
@@RGD-Audio-Repairs if your registering it as a new vehicle it’s the v55/4 or if it’s an older vehicle then, over 6 months old roughly, then use the v55/5 form for used vehicles
Great video, thanks very much.
Thank you for this excellent video. I was able to fully rebuild my carb perfectly 👍🏻
Hi on my Bandit 600 WVA8 year 2000 the L is flashing fast when in neutral but i doesnt turn into the 1.. i pluged the green cable onto the black / blue one but it doesnt go to the next gear. Can u help me out?

Just follwed this video to complete the NOVA form, for my M2R pit bike... Once i get a notification back.. What form do i fill in next?

Did you do it the exact same way he did ??
I’m pretty sure the thick part of the race goes downward
@@ryanbrown6708 Hi. notice the new bearing is already in place. This is a “TIP” video on how to show you how to install it without any special tools and not how to fit the actual bearing itself

Hi where are you getting your spare parts from,I have the same bike
Hi I got most of the parts for this bike from www.cmsnl.com/?locale=en-us&gad_source=1&gclid=CjwKCAjwhIS0BhBqEiwADAUhcwzoGH-UZKEJLvSgp5G9m3m_kds7LZUkuPxZlqe0q8wrShwxEKKZyBoClNMQAvD_BwE I hope this helps
Sir what is the grade of the engine oil.
I used 10w40 on this bike
This is a good tip - but a question - is this the installation of the new race using the slotted old one ? Just hoping for some clarification.
Yeah this is for installation of the new race as if you don’t cut the old race it generally jams in and is hard to get out.
Super labombastic fantastic skolastic ☺👑👏👽👂👌❤✌🤝👃🚦🚐😘💯💘💋💕😍🥰🐬⚓🙏😇🌛☀👀🥽🦷🐳👍🤘🧠
Be sure to tighten the mix screw till it bottoms out first count in half turns of the screwdriver till it bottoms out then unscrew it if its your first time doing this and you just unscrew first you wont really know how far to screw it bk in but with this method when you put the screw back in you just bottom out the screw and count backwards to get it in the position it was in before

Hi mate I have Front - 70/100-17 Rear - 90/100-14 Do you knows where I will find a set
For my front I got a 70/90-17 and waiting for a 90/90-14 but my front works fine I use my tube I got with it but it working fine
Awesome video. I'm about to clean my first set of carbs on my FZ1 you made it look a lot less complicated then others, just curious on what you used to clean everything seems to be mix debate from everywhere that i have looked
Thank you very much. I’m glad I could be of help. I find Brake cleaner will do fine for most of the cleaning but proper carb cleaner is better for removing the green or orange stains.
Only just found you fella but then haven’t been looking before now. My lad has got a 750 version so this and your other videos will be really useful. Thanks 👌🍻👍
Glad to be of help
im looking at this bike! im in UK and was looking at the rebel but im tall so its gonna be uncomfortable according to the dealership but they reccomended this bike
Yeah I would say with the slight foot peg adjustment and different seats available you would be comfortable on this bike up to at least 6 foot or even a bit taller
I am a fan of quieter. 5am going to work dont want to wake up the negherhood
Can you drive them at 16
Yes, but you're only limited to 50cc at 16, 125 when you're 17.
No unfortunately not the 160cc on the road anyway at 16
beautiful scream and engine responds very well
