When she stopped her left foot became her pivot, as she lifts her right foot from back to front it is her non-pivot. She then places her right non-pivot foot down infront of herself and proceeds to lift her left pivot foot = this is a travel! Once she put her right foot foward and on the ground she can jump with both pivot and non-pivot for the layup. However she cannot lift her pivot once it is planted in this case.
