A very good video. It left me with as many questions as answers so I'm going to take a look at your references and pursue some research on my own. I assume Alan had a very prominent sacral chakra when he was living, being an artist and very creative. Did he say anything about chakras changing in the spirit world? Do beings who have crossed over have the same as living people? So far I haven't found any other reference to spirts having chakras.

I am often preoccupied with the question: who am I really (as a soul)? And how does it feel to have left a life behind? How long do I still feel like the person I used to be? Will I be recognised in the spiritual realm as the person I was last incarnated as? Can I also look completely different? I know these are many questions, but it is not necessary to answer them all, these are just a few thoughts. Hi Sonya and Alan! Thank you so much for the inspirational messages! I recently bought the original script book from the 1987 play 'Les Liaisons Dangereuses' by Christopher Hampton. It's a second hand book, despite it is such a long time ago and there are not that many to find anymore. It definitely brings me closer to Alan and to discover more of his work. There might be some bookstores or websites where they still sell the book 2nd hand. I definitely wanted to share for those who might be interested. 🙂

It was a quick but powerful meditation! Thank you for that. One thing I noticed is that instead of the ball descending into my body, I instinctively summoned an image of a white light outpouring from the white ball and going down my spine. I suppose it doesn't make any difference; just thought it was interesting to share.

What I was also wondering, if Alan can still see us in our physical body? Or only our soul? Or how does he see us now as a guide on the other side? We can't see him but the fact if he could see us, seems very interesting to me.

Thank you for the great video! I’ve been a bit skeptical about whether or not Alan wants to work with me as a guide. (I wrote more in an email to you). After watching this video, I decided to give it a try. I took my pendulum and went to my collection of CD’s. Asked for a message from him, asking yes/no on each CD and so far. He chose ABBA’s “Take a chance on me”! 😁

It’s so strange that I came across your channel! I was so sad when Alan passed away and just had to let it go, to go on with life. Then about a month ago I started thinking about him constantly! Watching his movies, crying over his death and most of all, trying to communicate with him through Tarot, mostly! I kept asking for his advice and I swear, I was getting replies. This is hitting so hard for me. About 6 years ago I developed contact dermatitis. I would have what I would call flare ups on an irregular basis. I had the rashy skin that would be so itchy that I would scratch till it was raw. So debilitating. I had this rash on my whole body on soft tissue areas. I thought I had an incurable disease, although I wasn’t feeling physically bad minus the itching. A little under two years ago I had a bloodshot eye, it continued on even with ophthalmic antibiotics. Went to see an ophthalmologist and he diagnosed me with uveitis. It was devastating. I was given steroid eye drops to stop the inflammation. Then the other medical professionals needed to be seen to see what underlying disease I had. Currently, I am being monitored for Hashimoto’s, but my blood tests have been within range although the numbers are creeping up. I guess I’m just venting, but the timeline of Alan’s symptoms are eerily familiar.

Snape was the Dark Arts Professor…his love of alchemy on that rock planet reminded me of that. He was great as Snape!

Alan speaks to me in English with his British accent. I speak English to him in my SA accent. I speak Afrikaans to many of my friends and family. I can defnitely say that he knows exactly what I say somehow to those around me in Afrikaans. He even has opinions on it. He is very quick to say if he thinks someone is trying to manipulate me. So the language is not a barrier at all.

Thank you for this. I tend to experience his energy in my heart chakra. Sometimes starting at the back of my back to the front of my heart.

I was just going to sleep and this video popped up. I think Alan wanted me to see it. I have passed over it many times for some reason, but I watched it tonight and am stunned. I had Epstein Barr Virus in high school. Around 1986. In 2020 I developed a nerve condition over night that was eventually diagnosed as Small Fibre Neuropathy. The doctors have no idea of the cause. After seeing this video I’m going to backtrack and do some research. Thank you, Sonya again for all you do. Thank you, Alan for making sure I finally watched this.
