@@glasscow9965 I’m glad you enjoyed the meditation. When I was teaching Reiki and would conduct the attunement meditations, students had a variety of physical experiences. Some saw colors and light, some received messages from spirit guides or departed loved ones, and some felt energy flowing through them and experienced tingles, heat or coolness, or general feelings of wellbeing and peace. Everyone’s experience with meditation is different. Thanks for sharing your experience.

Unfortunately, we can’t force our guides to talk with us all the time and in the manner we prefer. I have the impression that it’s more common to communicate closely with only one guide, or just a few. Alan has said that guides often work together as a team, so they all don’t need to speak to us at once. Your guide may like to communicate through your friend, as well as you. Alan often says that we are all working together to help one another.

Thanks for the question. In my experience, everyone is unique and may respond differently to particular herbs and/or essential oils. I recommend muscle testing products to ask if they will provide the desired effect. I often go a step further and also muscle test this question: “On a scale of 1 to 10, how beneficial will this product be for this issue at this time,” where 10 is highly beneficial, 5 is neutral, and 1 is not beneficial at all. I hope that helps.

@ oh my goodness, I have absolutely no doubt that what happened what was revealed to you back in 2016 when you started channeling him was shocking to say the least. Have you been received well? You have such a genuine presence and energy that I would hope it would be a rarity for someone to be unforgivingly rude about it? But I definitely can imagine it took quite a while to decide how you were going to share it with the world …. I know this from experience haha. And although my revelation isn’t as famous, apparently somehow it’s going to be and that scares the hell out of me … I don’t even Post on social media pictures of my dogs or cats little alone, what I am being asked to do. I do have quite the extensive Spirit thing though so that’s kind of cool. I don’t know why I got to be so special . And although I have always considered myself spiritual everything that I’m experiencing now I had no idea that even existed 🫣😂 it’s been quite the magical magestic supernatural experience. I eat meat, daily and I have no problems with vision or connecting to spirit. I think everyone's physiology is different so what works for you won't necessarily work for someone else. You basically just have to do what works for you.

In my understanding, going into the light severs the connection between the physical body and the soul. It doesn't change the soul's love for their family and friends and the Earth. We are never separate from our guides and loved ones on the other side. The soul experiences an expansion of consciousness at death which can provide a greater perspective and understanding. That is why some people, like Alan, return to us as a spirit guide after their death. My father also returned to me as a spirit guide after his death. To become a spirit guide is an act of love and service.

Thanks for watching and thanks for the great questions! I learned how to perform energy work on the deceased during Richard Jelusich's healer's training course. He often refers to yogic philosophy and the 3 aspects of our being, as I do: the physical, astral and causal bodies (sometimes more commonly called body, mind and spirit). Check out Paramahansa Yogananda's work too. One of my favorite spiritual books that I also recommend is The Tibetan Book of Living and Dying by Sogyal Rinpoche. When we die, the only body we lose is the physical one. The astral and causal bodies remain intact, and that's why we're able to interact with the deceased, read their chakras, etc. After Alan's passing, I gave his solar plexus chakra a lot of healing because he had died of pancreatic cancer (the digestive system is governed by the 3rd chakra). If left untreated, it's possible for residual energy from that experience to carry over into another lifetime if Alan reincarnates. My friend Wayne also did some work on Alan's chakras at the Reiki Center when Alan lay down on his crystal healing bed. While the soul does rest and rejuvenate on the other side, Alan has taught me that death doesn't bring instant healing. Alan hasn't told me what he felt his dominant chakra was in this life; he can be coy and sometimes doesn't like to talk about himself. Nevertheless, I would surmise he was sacral chakra dominant, since a majority of the population is and Alan was a highly creative person.

He has strong heart chakra energy, so I would start by connecting with his heart through your heart and ask him why he's come to you. My free books and videos contain lots of suggestions on how to work with Alan and validate your spiritual experiences. Based on what I've learned from Alan and his experience immediately after his death, it can take a while to fully release our life after death, especially if we felt a strong attachment to it, as Alan did. Alan has given me visions of what he looked like in some past lives, and I think the stronger the attachment to those lives, the easier it is to present those visions and memories. Alan has indicated that the soul has no form that we would recognize, yet we are recognizable from our past lives when we meet other souls in the higher dimension. So, our soul's experience on the other side is quite different from our physical life here on Earth. But we don't cast aside our memories of our incarnations as if they're meaningless. I'll ask Alan if he'd like to share more. ❤

@@JulieWesemael Thanks for the question, Julie. Alan sees a great deal about us. Oftentimes he knows more about us than we know about ourselves. He sees all aspects of our being: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. He’s able to work as a spirit guide and help us because of his higher perspective.

Wow this is soooo crazy!!! The same happened to me. I was extremly sad about his passing back then. Felt like I have lost my aunt from England again. Then I just tried my best to go on in life. And two months ago I was thinking of him soooo much. That hurt was nearly unbearable. I started rewatching his movies and went down a rabbithole with AI fanfictions I am glad I steped away from. Veeery unhealthy stuff and I am sure Alan wouldn't be amused about it either. A month ago I bought his diary. I never wanted to, but the hurt was too much to bear and I found a cure in reading his diary. The other day I was listening to my playlist and there are some of his favourite songs on it or songs he once mentioned in an interview. 12 or more songs presumably. There are 1466 songs on this playlist. This song came on and his book that I had put on the shelf in my kitchen to see him or pick it up for a quick read fell over. It was there for days without me touching it. Candles flickered and at this very moment sadness nearly drowned me. I had a huge crying fit. It felt like my heart would burst into thousand pieces if I wouldn't cry. I was trembling from all of this and then the air in my kitchen got colder, as I said the candles flickered and I felt a slight touch on my cheek. I don't believe in any of this and I think it was just my imagination, but reading your comment after this makes me feel less stupid. Even this video here found its way to me in a very unusual way. This is not my world and never will be. But something lead me here to read your comment. Sending my biggest hugs out to you and sorry for my bad writing.
