Hello! I have just purchased your new "PORTION-SENSE" size whole wheat natural lavash roll ups. I am very confused about the roll-ups and how much equals out to 70 calories. It says one perforated slice, could you please make a video on this? Does one square equal 70 calories or one half of a larger square. Can you please make a video on this and explain?
