Chevy Caprice collection 1974 and 1989
hey nate L. i just wondered when did or did you graduate from high school ?
Been looking for one for several years..no luck
Just bought one, your truck is inspiring
Thank you, hope it will serve you well
I have a c70 that I got back in 2020 and it is rough. That truck of yours looks great for its age. We call ours big John it is a white 1984 c70 with the 427 and 2 speed rear. Has a few leaks in the power steering brake assist. Nothing major.
Muy linda esa máquina! Tiene un diseño precioso.
Nice old Chevy
Beautiful rig!!!
AaaaOooowee that looks fun as fuuuuk
Nate I just bought one!!! Love it! I want to buy a box blade for it. Can you recommend a size for the blade?
6 ft
The oldsmobile 350 is solid once the cars aged later 80s 10 to 15 years old the efi bcame very finicky and a lot of machanics didn't know how to deal with the very early efi systems no plug and tell so they converted a lot of them to carburetor
Very nice, sir.
What was the reason for switching to carburetor?
The guy that I bought it off of switched it,
Enjoy seeing someone else who has one and enjoys it, I have an 83 Fleetwood brougham coupe that I bought with 29,000 miles on it other than a lot of lacquer checking in the paint it looks beautiful and I’ve done the same thing you have changed all the hoses and belts, etc. and drive it and enjoy it
Nice tractor hiw much would you ask😊
Love it, a true classic
You are a great man.
Need to tint windows
Is that you in the f1vlad video as well?
Yes it is
Nice video. Of course beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and from my perspective, the first generation Cadillac Seville was one of the most beautiful cars ever produced. Congratulations on your Seville. Enjoy it.
Does this truck have disc brakes?
Air brakes
@@natel2046 nice!!
I need to get a nice truck like this. You need to do another video of this truck on a job site in action!
That would be great but unfortunately I have sold this truck back in April it served me well for the time I had it
TEC1.YEAH.
How much you want
It's not for sale at the moment

I had a black 1976 Seville with black leather interior and those same rims and tires. In 2005 I paid $500 for it from a buddy of mine bcus he didn't have a title and it was super clean. I slapped a caddy tag on it and no one knew anything. Had to part it out bcus of the title situation. Love your car and I hope to get another 1 one day.
Your Seville looks really nice, I'm happy you found a nice one. I'm from Austria, and here it's even harder to get a good one for decent money. Furthermore, I searched the web forever too and got one in dark blue metallic & beige leather seats. Hope to see more content from you. All the best from Austria :)
Thank you for the nice comment yes it took me over 2 years to find one they're sporadically out there in the United States but unless you really want to travel to find one you got to be patient for one nearby
@@natel2046 Wow, that a long search! I really thought it would be a little easier to get one in America.
Great truck! Love these, i didn't need the dump, but i love the way they drive so i took one of my uncle's project c30s and welded an '87 suburban body on the back and we take it out to shows and tow projects back to the garage with it.
Love that chrome bumper! Rarely saw those.
whats the weight on this bad boy
I forgot, all I remember you needed a CDL for it
My daily driver is an 85 Eldorado. First generation and second generation Seville are at the top of my list. Nice car.
How many buckets do you have
When your ready to sell. I'd love to buy it.
Nice to know, but I'm still faithfully using it on little jobs here and there
@@natel2046I’m looking to sell my ford 655d
What a beauty, I am so envious. Wish I still had my 73 coupe, but the northeast winters consumed it many years ago. Mine had 245K miles and was still running strong on the original 400 small block and THM400 tranny. The running gear is rock solid and the car was very reliable. The only constant issue I had was bad "constant velocity joints" in the driveshaft, probably because I was a kid and beat on it. I did finally replace the water pump and timing chain at about 180K miles, but the engine and tranny were original other than that. I disabled all the pollution controls early on, which gave it a little more pep. The old girl passed everything but the gas pump. Can't think of anything else out of the ordinary that had to be replaced, except for the heater core. that was a big job. I can honestly say that if I was offered any car in showroom condition today, I would ask for that car, perhaps with the big block. I am very familiar with these cars, looking under your hood makes me feel like I'm "at home again". Lucky you, enjoy it. Don
Thanks for the nice comment, sadly I no longer have the Caprice it's been gone for years now
The exterior paint must be citation-bronze.
Your power-windows went down in under one second.
I'm looking at one currently that's for sale near me. It's a PATU 65 but without the "DC" designation. Can you advise what the DC stands for and what would be the difference in the two machines? Also, any concerns with the availability of parts if needed? Thanks in advance.
Just got your comment sorry for the late reply I actually don't know what the DC stands for, as for parts I haven't had to get any so I wouldn't know, when I did buy this chipper I bought a second set of blades so I always have a set of sharp blades and when you do install the blades you need to measure everything you can't just slap them on, but yeah I don't know what the availability for parts are and I don't even think that companies in business anymore
There is one for sale in Ireland for €7500 hmm
Love this backhoe! Thank you for sharing. It would be perfect for the land that I have. I recently got a 1979 Ford 545…the four wheel drive and a backhoe would be quite nice!
You can't beat four-wheel drive
Thank you for commenting, yes just make sure you run your machine at full RPM as fast as it goes because if you go to slow its going plug the shoot. And you will know when the blades get doll because it won't accept it you end up force-feeding it which tends to be dangerous, but yeah I still have it have and it serves me well, Nate
I don't see many of those generation Chevy & GMC medium duty models on the roads anymore like I use to back in the day.
Yeah they're pretty much extinct and I actually just got rid of this truck back in April
@@natel2046 if I'm not mistaking I believe those only came in regular cabs unlike the newer generation ones which came in crew cabs too. I know the light duty models which are the smaller ones that have the same cab design as that C65 there came in crew cabs but wasn't sure about those medium duty models because I've never seen a crew cab one.
I’m just about to buy this exact chopper used, besides the blades being sharp is there anything else I should be aware of before I purchase it?
So any word on what your thinking? I grew up on a backhoe with my father since 4.5 yr old, I’d really really love to buy that machine, can’t find the four lever hardly anymore
I still have it, it's working in the woods on some property, and yes 4 sticks have become far and few
Very beautiful car what’s the actual color of the exterior/interior?
What’s the curb weight on it ?
Wish I could tell you but no longer have this truck
That is a nice clean unit! I love the no payments models!
I agree!
Konbyn kob liye
That’s a nice ride bro.
The squarebody mediums were from 73 to 90 and the heavies the light duty trucks were 73 87 ck series 88 to 91 rv series
Do you still have the Ford 655A ?
I do but not really selling it right now
just seen you video of seville i have a 79 diesel which I've owned since 1982 in the uk it's on youtube if you want to check it out further i have all shop manuals wiring diagrams and the official gm parts books for all cadillacs from about 1976 to about 1984 mine is my everyday user and if they are kept something like intended they are great to use good luck with yours regards
I have since invested in an owner's manual and mine has become a daily driver as well
Take me for a ride
