It's not yet time probably, you still need to do other upgrades at first... probably to unlock some locations.

@@joshuaalves3196 probably your warehouse is full, you will need to upgrade, but most likely at first you will need to complete more tasks/quests.

Can you use gems to fulfill an order? Or watch an ad to skip it?

@idlegamestv that's alright, my girlfriend got the game because she thought the divorce ad was funny but we couldn't find it anywhere, it's probably not an actual feature
