Salam...je me souviens quand j'étais petite en Algérie ma grand-mère fabriquait le "leben"et le beurre dans une outre èpeau de chèvre appelée (shékwa) comme vous à la différence qu'une seule personne assise suffisait et l'outre il fallait poser un filtre en tissu propre dessus et la gonfler avec la bouche comme un ballon et cela était plus rapide à faire le travail...monsieur le cameraman SVP dîles le à ces dames de ma part.. Merci pour elles .
