Grout clean up with Stu Wordsworth from Tiletex Ltd
Must be good for doing large areas, less fatigue on the knees
wrong knees position....bad center of gravity
Does your Racatac have 2” or 3” casters?
0:34 I’m gonna pretend I didn’t see that
This looks so much nicer than knee pads
Very nice. Do you have a link to buy this product?
Where the heck was this device yesterday! My frickn knees and back and wrists are screaming me right now…buy that darn sled!!!!
Nice system with the wheels on everything.
It can't be done much faster with the sq ftge involved ,I know this because I'm a know it all lol great demo
Thanks mate😎
What grinder and grinder wheel are you using here?
Hi Clynt. Makita 9" grinder, pro dust shroud and 180mm turbo segmented grinding cup
Ottimo aiuto per piastrellisti
That’s the best invention in the history of mankind
Omg of all the places! Nice 💪work! 😉
Never mind I c your going to jump out the window
Why are you tiling yourself into a corner?
Hi, Where can I get it? Regards, Lorenzo
Top!!!👍
Minimal effort collapsing your Trowel ridges. Shame on you. But good job keying in spreading and back buttering.
It’s great but the problem still is that you’re on your knees in hunched over position. Yours still gonna fuck your body up doing tile. Lol
First rule of fight club. Dont talk about fight club. First rule of tile.... dont tile yourself into a corner
I'm about to buy this, I'm using it to save my bloody back when I'm re pointing patios! I have been plotting to design and make my own because I didn't know this existed. Are there any things you'd like to improve on the design?
Hey Walt, it will be the best tool in your kit. No design improvements needed, its awesome!!!
Does the seat tilt forward or does it just stay in flat position
Yes it tilts forwards
Spacers on the floor!! Lmfao!!!
Anyone else here from Braille?
lol
i was wondering what this thing was supposed to be used for lol
@@mrsandman500 Exactly why I'm here.
Nigel's reaction 😂
Is chest pad add-able? I have racatac with out chest pad
Yes chest support is addable
Spotted that flooring bicycle at the jobsite i had to google it ! It seems verry efficient the way you work with everything on wheels, the tiles upside down already to backbutter them. I do tile occasionally but your method is a lot better, careful with that wheelie at 2:46, ever face planted from that kart ?
Badass. 🤘😎🤘
That stool might be nice for when I am on my knees, scrubbing the floor. But doing his job, I would wear gloves to avoid skin contact with chemicals in that cement.
Thanks George, I agree I should (and normally do) wear gloves, but you gotta admit I'm running pretty clean here with no adhesive on my hands lol
You should wear gloves and if you don’t It does ruin your hands quickly. However most tilers I know hate the thought of wearing gloves.😂
Gostei muito desse carrinho
Hello from france where you buy it please
Where did u get that rolling red bucket
Stuart, this looks like a great device. The video is from 2015. Are you still using the Racatac?
Hey, I use the Racatac almost every day, even the one in the this vid is still in use, have a few on the go now!
Great vid, nice way to work- Can you share a vid for the cart you made for the tiles please...???
ingenious. great vid. Knock out two problems knees and back. Really sweet how you have everything on wheels. Great thinking.
Отличная работа!
I only I can recommend to you. to use the long much trowel.bether and more production & save your time
good job boy. I do tile work to we're the best .I never use this racatac I will try
I never noticed how annoying the trowel sounds
Finally! Someone that trowels the mortar properly! I was taught to lay and swirl the tile slightly, but the troweling in the same direction is the key. I had a small deadblow hammer with cork on one face. Just to lightly tap. Deadblow gives perfect control. God I wish I had that cart when laid tile. Both vinyl and ceramic!!!. Good...no...GREAT WORK!
Thanks mate
So many asians who don't butter tiles in Sydney, it's a bloody epidemic. I had to tile the floor myself, cause noone in my budget range would butter my 6x6 p4 tiles. In the end I found a bloke, and he didn't complain and actually said, yes I'm excited we get to do the job right. But yeah, notches in same direction and move tiles up n down gives better bond. My knees were fkd after 5 days of floor tiling. This bloke does a top job... Quick too.
Wow, pretty cool dude!!!
How does Ditra hold up against the Racatac?
I finally broke down and got the Rubi version today. But it doesn't come with the chest rest, only the seat. Bummer. Better than the cheap red one I've had for years from Lumber Liquidators! That one sucked panda balls!
never mind it comes with it. seems like a questionable design that's why I asked.
Did you make the endo stop on the front to keep it from flipping forward or did it come with that?
planning on getting this asap! great vid! whats that cart called with the tiles on it, or did you make it?
+Keith Lineman I made the cart for the tiles. You will love your Racatac, don't delay in getting one.
duuuudddeee!! I got 1 and you are right! I love this thing. going to upgrade and buy the chest pad.. I like your cart I'm going to make one
