If you're going to the diesel gala at the ELR ON THE THURSDAY MORNING they are doing a full trip bury to rawtenstall on the first trip of the day and for £20 you can have a ride in the guards van .the rest of the day the brake van rides only go as far as ramsbottom but the cost is only £12 return

Just spent the day going up and down the line on it as it was raining Absolutely fantastic staff at the embasy railway if you get to know them you can't go wrong , one of the best in my opinion.very friendly staff and will go that extra mile
