Hey Shep, thanks for playing and for all the praise! I was a bit busy when the wad was released, so this video must have flown under my radar. I've worked on and off on this project since November last year, so it's great to see people having fun playing it. Funny that you mention something a bit more cyberpunk, because I'm working on an unofficial sequel to Nostalgic Entropy. Can't promise you a mega wad, but it will have several compact maps that better explore some unused ideas and the Vaporwave/synthwave and cyberpunk aesthetic. Thanks again!

Thanks for playing! This was my first "non-linear" map with those optional arenas. I may have gone a bit overboard while designing it, ahaha The blue keys were indeed part of the BFG secret! You sadly missed one evil eye. The final activation (eyes+blue keys) would grant you a full loadout + BFG. As for the final map item: there was a hidden switch on one of the pillars that would grant you an auto-map :D Thanks again, hope it was fun! These were my first maps, and I'm still quite proud of them :)

Not sure if you figured it out because i didn't see the entire playthrough for the map but I don't think you did, but Space Cadet has a teleporter to get back to the top if you fall to the bottom. The map is still very hard and punishing but nowhere near as punishing as it may initially seem. There actually did use to be a death pit there (I'm Karuna Aztima, I did a lot of playtesting too), but it got removed after testing because it made the map way too hard. Thanks for enjoying this WAD! If you're curious about the Chrivale Shipping secret that you used the map code to figure out, the intended way to solve it is that you can see it open through the window to the room, as can be seen at 4:02:56 (and that's why the FIREBLU is used, to make it highly visible).
