I needed this today, sis. I have joint issues. My joints feel better when I'm either walking or laying down. I used to walk 7 miles a day. 3 1/2 in the morning and 3 1/2 in the evening. After 2020, I slowed down a lot. Now I'm getting it back together. I used to love walking. Now, I'm embracing fewer steps which ironically releases enough serotonin to make me feel like walking more. I embrace where I am which creates the right vibration to desire more time on the trails in nature. Thank you for posting. ✊🏾👊🏾💕

This is a real thing... You can tell when they are mocking their customers in Vietnamese or whatever language they speak from their home country. They switch from English to "said language" when they want to mock the customer which is SO rude and so obvious. These folks could double their income if they would stay professional and not feel the need to mock their own customers... The 1st time I went for a pedicure as a big guy, there was so much laughing and looks between the other workers and then back to me, that it was obvious. I have a thick skin, but others do not and shouldn't have to put up with it.
