"Fallout/Skyrim in space" is pretty accurate from my perspective. I'm gonna play and enjoy it but my priority is to pre-order popcorn because the facebook comments of people outraged at the buggy state of its launch (just like every single one of their past releases going back to before skyrim) will be glorious. I predict hissy fits and threats of class action lawsuits because people will have created an unrealistic vision of how the game would look, feel and play in their heads which will be nothing like what we will get which at its core will be a game built with an updated fallout engine. For all intents and purposes, I am expecting it to play like Fallout in space, nothing more nothing less. its just speculation of course, but I'm betting on a release similar to cyberpunks and look forward to reading the outraged word salads as people throw their tantrums ;)

Regarding game reviews: While I do still occasionally check out reviews, in the age of RUclips, I typically prefer to just watch some actual gameplay footage, as it gives the most accurate impression of what the game is like. Kinda hard to get a better impression than you'd get from actually watching the game being played, y'know?

As I can see I represent 50% of your audience, so I demand the next episode be devoted to the crippling effect of penis hands and the gaming industries lack of support and products for individuals who suffer the affliction.

Use however much time you feel is necessary to cover the material you want to cover. Granted, I'm just the type who has no problem watching/listening for any particular length of time. If you guys feel you'd rather aim for shorter vids, then go for it. No need to force long videos. Take things easy, and see how it unfolds. As long as you're not clocking in over an hour every week, I don't see any problems, haha.

Additionally, also rather agree about limited edition bundles. The prices are, more often than not, far higher than the extra content is actually worth. I rarely go for anything more than a $10-20 difference for a soundtrack and/or t-shirt, etc. And these digital bonuses (especially for things like soundtracks) are rather frustrating, especially when complete versions of the games are bound to be released later with all extras included by default, and for cheaper, even.

Totally agree about digital downloads. While I can understand the battle against used game sales and such (to an extent), if the industry really does ever go fully digital, they seriously need to do something about the prices. Even old-ass games seem to remain at full or damn near-full MSRP via digital download, which is absurd, especially considering you're physically getting less via digital download than you would from a hard copy. (Not to mention production costs.) Hard media, for the win.
