I have a Yamaha you five myself and that is about 52 inches or 132 cm and it sounds like a baby grand piano. I know some of the European models are even bigger and they could go up to 145 to even 150 cm. I can only imagine the sound of those pianos haven’t seen pianos that tall in the United States so I’m beginning to think that maybe they may come extra taller in Europe because I’m guessing in most Europe count, people don’t have the room in their apartment apartment for a baby grand grand piano. I know that your guises houses are smaller than us and many of you live in apartments or flats .

I dont know maybe. I once saw an 1835 LOUD and SONS upright made in Buffalo NY that was extraordinarily huge and tall. It looked like a prototype of some kind but either way it would be very easy to have overlooked this brand and model that wasn't around long but was at least as big as this one.

Cannot be hydaulic. Would need power to drive a pump and hydraulic oil etc. Would work like an office chair with a gas strut.

I'm not disputing that it's the tallest, but to me it doesn't look very tall. Back in the 70s and 80s my grandparents had an old Beckwith that was a converted player piano, and it was very tall. The height of the piano in this video reminds me of it.

Looks to be about the same height and width of the cabinet as our old Sherman Cay Aeolian Player piano.
