can I change to my second-choice program after being admitted to the first-choice. please advise me.

Hi Kwame, I have been admitted into the Cyber security program NBCC, the two years academic calender, my concern now is that I don't have a background in IT and my second Program PSW has been withdrawn. My question now is can i change my program when I resume.

I have admission already for cyber security at nbcc, no back ground in it. How do i prepare please.
