So either 1 or 2 things if your being traded easily. 1. Your not rotating/changing your position after each kill 2. Your peaking an angle where you can be peaked from multiple sides opposed to only being peaked by what your holding. Rotating sounds like an easy skill but it's a lot harder than it sounds and will take time to learn. Now I could be completely wrong I've never really seen your gameplay

Often times I notice that people kinda need a Jumpstart with talking. Casually talking in the agent selection phase not only makes people more comfortable, but also decreases the chance they'll resort to toxicity as they've already made that initial connection with yo, hence, are less likely to immediately shit on the person who had just sympathized with them. Mood carries games imo, and it's important to uphold a mood or everyone just shuts up.

Remove your crouch key bind for a couple of matches and put your reload key bind in I or P or some key in your keyboard that's far away from your reach, so you can reload when you MUST have to. Because I can also imagine that reloading too much is a bad habit low ranks have since I had it too. I've seen so many people lose gunfights and die for reloading in the open, reloading after shooting one bullet, and reload immediately after getting a kill without getting in cover. If you are in a 1v1 and only have 8 bullets left and you KNOW that the enemy is close, you can kill him with 8 bullets, you only need 1 to the head or 4 to the body. Reloading in that scenario would make you lose, because of the sound cue the reload does will tell the enemy team where you are and that you're vulnerable
