Hi Doctor…the information you give is super helpful…I previously went through a transfer that failed…in November of 2020 I had an open myomectomy which resulted in approximately 8-10 fibroids the size of tennis balls being removed…my RE has stated that I probably have adhesions from the healing from the surgery…although to some degree I agree. I also explained to her when we 1st started this ivf journey 3 yrs ago that when I was around 26 yes old I was diagnosed with an over active thyroid and at that time my doctor/endocrinologist stated that the antibodies were attaching my thyroid and it would be very difficult to get pregnant. However my Re stated that she tested my tsh level and it was normal…however according to research tsh levels can be normal but the antibodies can prevent implantation…I am afraid that this autoimmune disorder is not being taking as seriously as it should be…do you treat in the US?

I have absence of vas deferens -was tested as a CF carrier when i was 44 tried Tese w ICSI and at 46 with negative results. I am 61 now can I still go ahead with the same procedure and has technology improved my chances from 2004 and now in 2021-Thanks so much Peace BB

What if Norithosterone pills are being used not bc pills (I don't think they contain any estrogen) should this effect follicles or egg quality? Thanks

Very informative video. As a person who suffered 3 early mc (no prior pregnancy/birth) and have no endometriosis (confirmed by laparoscopy), no hormonal abnormalities, normal ovarian reserve, normal uterine lining and RH+, I am now wondering if my dr needs to check for genetic testing and auto immune disease.

have done two retrievals(2 fresh transfers) first one 3 day fresh second 5 day fresh both failed the first cycle i did 300 follistim and 20 hcg lh triggered with double lupron retrieved 7 eggs 7 mature 6 fertilized day 3 had 5 embryos transferred a 3aa and other 4 pushed to day 6 only one of the 4 made it to freeze which is a 4bc. second retrieval did 225 gonal 75 meno added letrozole and triggered with lupron and hcg retrieved 9 eggs 5 mature and only 2 fertilized transferred both day 3 fresh failed i could have stimmed a few extra days on the second one. however i’m about to be going for my 3 retrieval and it was stated about doing 225 gonal and 75 meno the first at 4 days of stims them lower to 150 gonal and 75 meno remaining of stim days wondering what u thought of this? what do u think of lovenox and neupogen as this was mentioned to? i’m planning on frozen this time around please dr sher would love your advice

When you say Intralipids and steroids; do you mean prednisone? I have my 8th transfer this Friday and just found out my thyroperoxidase ab is at 150. I asked for intralipid iv (they said they would) and they are giving me neupogen, prednisone, PIO and Endmetrin tabs. I am taking hgh 1ml/daily as well. Should I avoid anything that they want me to take? I had taken the letrozole day 3-7 in my cycle
