I looked this up cause I was eating and watching Jack In The Box commercials. He says he's the owner and founder and CEO and creator. Nothing in this video says a CEO is an owner, founder, creator and it doesn't even say anything about an owner, founder nor creator. Just the BOD is god. So what am I missing?

Buddy, CEO is the highest paid employee in the company, so basically if he's the founder and owner; he can hire himself as the ceo and president, in sone cases they even put themselves with multiple positions such as being ceo, coo, cfo, cio, and cto all at once.

These salaries are definitely off. It must be measuring that against small business owners w/less that 1MM in annual revenue which is very very small. Large Middle Market and Corporate organizations with C Suite execs are likely making more like 200-250K on average annually. I’m not even in a VP role at the bank in commercial banking. I’m several several levels down from the top and I make 95K in salary and about 105 total after bonus. Like I said somethings.
