Hey mate there is something that sits in the front cabin on the passenger side I believe, I think it's called a dark current box or something that'll turn off the roller shutter if it doesn't get used for a period of time to save the car battery. I never had one or installed one on mine I connected it straight to the batter through the fuse box and haven't had an issue with the battery dying, even after letting the car sit for a couple of weeks. Hope this helps

Hey mate, for the positive power I had to get some terminals to fit to factory fuse box. I then just ran that wire straight to the back with a new fuse connecting the new wire and terminal. There is already constant 12v to that fuse box from the battery. And for the negative I just ran a wire from the battery to the back, could also just connect it to the chassis as the chassis works as a ground.

This one is just a no brand generic chinese atv but this'll work on most atvs with that limiting screw.

You'd break the lever before you broke the cable, plus it isn't to stop you from breaking the cable it's to adjust the WOT carb barrel position. Loosening this screw will allow the barrel to slide up higher allowing more air and fuel into the engine.

@2AHGT You'll be able to move your throttle all the back until it hits the back of the thumb throttle body. This will give you the most power without doing more in depth modification to the carborator and thumb throttle.

I think they still do make them, however not with this body shape. They are the toughest chinese quadbike in my option!

Hey. It depends on how much modification your willing to do. Easiest things (and cheapest) would be removing or adjusting the throttle limiter (I made a video on this) adjusting the carborator and playing with the chain sprocket to get more speed. Hope this helps.

@@ShedCam thanks man , I’m struggling a lil trying to mount the new engine to the frame like how did you line it up ?

I struggled a fair bit too. I had to remove all the old engine brackets to make room and widen sections of the frame. Then I just used some tie down straps to hold the engine in place while I checked to make sure everything alighned right. Took me about 3 days to get it to the right spot then I just tack welded the new engine brackets in place while to motor was in the right spot (held in place with the straps). Hope this helps.

MY quad has a lose black and orange wire on the wire harness next to the coil

It could be those 2, mine might have been a faded orange. It's annoying that there's no wiring diagram for these quads 😕

Yeah they absolutely are 💯. Mines built like a rock I've driven this thing pretty much everywhere and the only places I get stuck is mud bogs but that's probably more to do with my tyres. Overall have to say this bike is super capable.
