I was addicted primarily to masturbation, with porn being only tangential to that. I knew that porn was wrong, however, and I felt conviction to end my involvement with it. Getting rid of porn does not solve the problem. Porn is like temporary medicine for a much larger problem. In other words, -- If MeToo wasn't in affect -- If the court system was less gynocentric -- If women didn't give out or send out misdirection, or melded communication -- If elitist stop commodifing sex -- And if most women could live up to the sexual expectations society presents Porn addiction would stop tomorrow.

The world is facing so many spiritual battles/spiritual warfare and it feels like the spirit of lust, temptation, and and self-sabotage are everywhere. On platforms like Twitter, it's shocking how easily you can stumble upon porn. You're just mindlessly scrolling, and suddenly there IT IS. Porn warps our perception of intimacy and relationships, and it definitely does fuel feelings of shame and inadequacy. It's especially harmful for our younger generation who are bombarded with hypersexualized content online (through the music, through inappropriate pictures and so much more). IT’S BEING PUSHED ON PURPOSE. The decline of marriage, the increase of abortions, and lack of genuine relationships is crazy. ZE FCK. WE GOTTA STAY STRONG.
