Roast Lamb Traditionally Cooked - Geleneksel Kuzu Çevirme
I visited a restaurant which is known for it's traditional way of making delicious roast lamb. They cook the lambs vertically stacked on wood fire, cut the pieces and serve with rice and potatoes. He told me that he does not prefer to work in a stable place, instead he works during open-air events or sea side areas thanks to his portable set up.
