One another way, while the stage is still loading. spam reset as fast as you can.
Here is another way you can get the error just go to stage 1, then just before the cutsene plays then you will go on the loading screen once it had finished, then you can see everything floating. Then the error pops up. And it is kind of funny how they are still talking. If you go to level one and play the cutsene and go to a different level with a cutsene, the cutsene is pretty weird and there is a chance that you can fall off and get the error.
This can only work on the special stage.

I think I got it by beating the game.
You have to get to that certain point in the obby right?
Yeah I guess but theres also a different way to get the error screen The video I uploaded is my way to get it

I Took My First Time Encountering The Error Screen And After My Game Rebooted It Says New Game So I knew Error screen is a Rebirth Machine
That shouldn’t happened but I feel bad for you getting to beginning. But at least the obby is short.
Oh And No Losing Stage Select
