For Windows 11 Home Edition, try the registry edit (equivalent to the Group Policy setting) mentioned on the above page: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows NT\Printers\RPC] There are 2 values that can be configured: RpcUseNamedPipeProtocol REG_DWORD 0: RpcOverTcp (default) 1: RpcOverNamedPipes Set "RpcUseNamedPipeProtocol" to 1 and reboot the computer. (if this is not there, then add dword 32 bit of this name there)

different error. this vid for 709 error. you's just add the credentials of the other pc. credential manager ---> windows credential ---> add a windows credential ----> add the ip, username and password of the pc that have printer
if not work try registry editor Registry editor Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print key, create a new DWORD-32 bit value named RpcAuthnLevelPrivacyEnabled, and set it to 0, and restart your computer.
Shut down = window + right arrow + enter❤❤❤❤
