Why can’t you just say the total in pesos you’re just so stubborn you’re never going to sell it doing this whats total you been asked this several times

Some people seem to not get to the end of the video, or are incapable of either reading the entire ad or using math. However, the vast majority of those interested in such a property are educated. Often, they are developers, institutional buyers, and others who have substantial funds to apply to such investments and understand how to read as well as multiply and use numbers to achieve their goals in life. 495 pesos per square meter times 8 ha / 80,000 meters is 39.6 million pesos.
