Yes, I can stand with you in prayer. I always pray for my community. May GOD help you. Oftentimes when I do not get what I am praying for, I ask GOD to show me what I might be missing, and all the time HE is gracious to show me.

You are doing great my dear. Body recomposition is different from weight loss as you lose fat & gain muscle at the same time. Taking body measurements & seeing how your cloths fit over time is the best indicator of muscle gain & fat loss. Body recomp happens slower than the traditional weight loss. So, yes! You are doing great. Just keep at it in a couple of months you will be amazed by how much your body composition would have changed.

I started with 16/8 and worked my way to 18/6 with some 36-72's thrown in occasionally. I'm down 29lbs since February of this year. My clothes definitely fit differently! I've had to take in a few things 😅 . I started tracking measurements and told myself I would only weight once a month but I found myself jumping back on the scale and got really discouraged today.😢 I think I've hit a plateau but your words have reminded me to get back to measuring and trust the process! 😊 Thank you again and I'll be checking out more on your channel! @ wow 🎉🎉🎉🎉🤩. You are doing great 29lbs is such a great milestone. The secret is in not giving up. The weight scale can demotivate because your body composition changes daily. In the morning you could be 5lb lighter and by evening you have gained 15lb. In real sense this is not true. Our weight is influenced by hormones, water and fluid composition, muscle, bowel composition, stress etc.. so you cannot rely on the weight scale. I only weighted myself every 12 weeks during my body recomp journey

You can never bribe GOD. But fasting humbles you before GOD. Psalm 69:10, Isaiah 58 and Joel 2:12-17. Those are the few scriptures I can share about fasting. But when you fast, you die to the flesh so that you connect your spirit with the spirit of GOD. Because you are a spiritual being living in a physical body. Your body always is contrary to what the spirit wants. That’s why Jesus is quoted saying the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak in Matthew 26:41. When you fast you sow to the spirit. Galatians 6:8 “For he who sows to his flesh will of the flesh reap corruption, but he who sows to the Spirit will of the Spirit reap everlasting life”. It is perfectly OK to remind GOD of HIS promises as you pray and fast. That is not bribing GOD. GOD cannot be mocked or bribed. You reap what you sow.

. I have done 2 videos already about topic of praying in tongues and hearing the voice of GOD. Praying in tongues is actually praying in the Spirit. Romans 8:26 says “Likewise the Spirit also helps in our weaknesses. For we do not know what we should pray for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself makes intercession [a]for us with groanings which cannot be uttered”. Jude 1:20 “But you, beloved, building yourselves up on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit”. 1 John 4:1-3: Test all spirits, this requires discernment and the Holy Spirit helps you discern better. Every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is of God, and every spirit that does not confess that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is not of God. So I have been waiting on God for almost two years now,he had me sit down to take care of my baby after telling me as season at my workplace was done and that when I go to give birth,I will not come back..a thing I experienced even when I tried to go back after birth. Over that period he began speaking through dreams,people, thoughts where he was taking me to work and it's so hard to get in( am Ugandan,it's hard to enter a government without bribing but God told me he is taking me in there and without a bribe)...around august I was telling myself,I will begin believing when an advert comes out in the place God told me I will work and a thought replied back,you donot begin believing when it comes out,you begin believing before because it's faith that creates the advert,I wrote that down. Fast foward,the advert came out this month unexpectedly and I just so happened to look through my journal and I saw what I wrote..my heart was blessed..now I know even the rest of the dreams concerning that job will be fulfilled..I wrote them down. So far two dreams concerning the job about the process have been fulfilled.

Without Faith it’s impossible to please GOD. Keep abiding in GOD, your life will bear much fruit, because without him you are nothing. The job is coming. Hold on to the promise. I lived in Denmark years ago & I experienced exactly that. Not being fluent & having a language barrier is a great problem & it can cause lots of miscommunication + the feeling of not belonging. But remember you are the chosen of GOD. May 1 Peter 2:9 encourage you.

I think finish the exams first before you embark on the fast. I would advise you that you need to have leave from work or anything that requires your energy and concentration. I know this is not easy but surrender to GOD as you embark onto it. For me all I could do was ask GOD to give me strength each day. I recount saying GOD your strength sustains me. You are my sufficiency. This is not by power but by your Spirit. Give me strength to keep going.

That’s the mindset. Put yourself first. You can only pour out of a full jar, not an empty one.

Ideally you eat based on your total daily energy expenditure (TDEE). There many calculators online you can use to get a rough estimate of your TDEE. When you have this value use it as a ballpark of what you burn in a day. So after that create a caloric deficit of ~300 to 500 calories. The bigger the caloric deficit, the faster you will lose weight. But don’t make this deficit so big as when you resume eating normally, the weight will pile back. Aim not to go so aggressively on the deficit. Watch how your body reacts & adjust accordingly. 3 days of full body weight training +2 days of cardio are ideal. Try this for 6 weeks & see your results. Good luck

Yes, you can. Preferably get 2 dumbbells of the same weight (10kg in this case will do. Yes, macro nutrients will ensure you have enough protein, carbs and fat to help you meet your fitness goals. Tongues change with depth and fluency. When you are starting they may sound like a kid learning to talk but as you keep praying in tongues you again fluency and also it depends on how deep your prayer is. Reference 1 Corinthians 13. You will see there are tongues of men, tongues of angels and other dimensions of tongues. If you start out you will sound the same but the deeper you pray, the more you will get more tongues.
