"Rarest drake" lol it's not even close to being the rarest. Have no life, sit and camp spawn point 24/7 and you will 100% get it eventually. Other mounts you might never get since they are rare drops and never guaranteed no matter how long you try.
Due to its shared spawn pool with vyragosa, the time lost proto drake has a 1 in 10 to a 1 in 100k chance to spawn within any given 8-24 hour period. 3 out of 4 times vyragosa will spawn and he won't. Its the rarest farm able drake in the game pre cata and the rarest drake in open world farming to date.
It is in a farming context!

For forests I'd say Elwynn Forest, Jade Forest, and maybe Grizzly Hills or Howling Fjord.
What can you do with all these herbs?
You can either use them to make potions or sell them to other players.
