These desperately need to be updated. The V64 requires a bitmap file at precisely 480x320 or will fail.

@Kritaluk Kritalukkul i finally found out with 3cx that you have to go to web ui of the phone, then go to configuration then clear all the config then reboot the phone ( the reboot is done automatically after setting reset) then, phone pincode 123 is working again
When video preview is enabled in a group scenario on a PBX it basically connects to the first phone in the group and does not ring the rest. Preview basically takes up the call the the first user. Great Idea for single ring entry though, reception etc.
you're right. this is not good for multiple ring group
For Fanvil 4XU screen is 320 * 240 get it wrong and It will not work.
All of our Fanvil X3SG phones are broken. When I connect the power, two indicators are on (L1 and L2) and nothing else happens. Nobody can help me. We have a big call center and have stopped using Fanvil products.

is it possible to connect the phone directly to a SIP service like SIPGATE ? Or do I need a telephone system like Asterisk ? I like to use it in germany with the german manufactor AVM . Their "FritzBoxes" are able to handle IP phones. So can I use this phone ?
SIP Phones can be registered directly to SIPGATE so it shouldn’t be a problem . You sound like you want to connect the phones to your Fritzbox though rather than SIPGATE directly. If your Fritzbox supports IP phones then I am sure it will support Fanvil IP phones If Fritzbox handles IP phones it sounds like it has something like Asterisk running on it. I would imagine that you could then connect SIPGATE Trunks to the Fritzbox which would allow a phone to make/receive a call to the outside world .
@@fanviluk9983 Sounds wonderful :-) I ordered the flagship yesterday - so we will see :-) I will use both : My AlroundRouter (Fritzbox) and a direct Sipgate (SIP Provider) Account. What i didnt found either in the manual nor youtube is: is it possible to bundle google contacts with the phone or must I import the contacts by hand ?
@@MichaelausBerlinberga Yes , customer should export google contact and import to phone manually .
I really like the phone but the software is so laggy, you can dial an entire 10 digit number before the first 2 digits appears on the screen. Button responses are very slow. Maybe new firmware upgrade will fix it, I dunno. Call quality is fantastic though.

Was there a cloud based phone system you wished to use in Germany? We know that STARFACE, 3CX and Yeastar offer cloud based phone systems in Germany, all of which support our phones
