Btw my rfk died right after the oil crisis, so the last date he can die is not 1968 feb. I sadly couldnt finish the rest of the left tree, but I did a funny gus hall run instead
What I meant was, if you want him to be assassinated so you can get someone else during the 1968 election.
With the Operation: Deep Freeze update for TNO, was updated. Thankfully, after some testing it seems that the war is now easier than it was before, with the South Africa AI more competent than it was before. The railroads and supply hubs have changed slightly, but following the route in the guide seems to work fine.
You know, in-universe of the TNO world, assuming this quick total victory in the SAW is followed by a successful OFN-led African reconstruction, I can easily see the US falling into a sort of victory disease, thinking that all the Cold War proxy conflicts will be 'easy' going forwards, or in the words of Hitler, viewing both Japan and Germany's spheres as 'rotten facades' which will come crashing down with a good kick to the front door. After all, having over half of an entire continent going from grey to blue after the string of bad luck the Allies had in TNO's version of WW2 must be a massive moral boost to the American public, even if the African RKs were never that well supported by Germany in the first place. Either way, thank you for sharing this video!

If you are doing both terms, then you will do all the focuses in the focus tree. Just make sure he isn't assassinated!

People don’t say it doesn’t make sense because of how his assassination works. They say it doesn’t make sense because his assasination is not applicable in TNO lore. IRL he was assasinated by a Palestinian for his support to Israel.
I wish we’d get a US rework, or at least a facelift at some point. All of the other paths are so lackluster compared to Hart, some more then others.

@@betaplain297 well I passed it, won the plata war in Dominica, won Malaya and our candidate won, got mostly successful FBI missions destroying the NPP’s influence (Nationalists and Progressives), got kicked outta Madagascar and I still have “middling” support or “lofty” support. And also I can’t get good GDP, My debt is 79.3 which is good and lower than expected but my GDP is so low. Just 3.34B, I need 3.44B to satisfy the voters. So maybe teach me how to improve my economy. I have been doing military cuts and tax cuts to make low debt and low inflation. Count off my Pennies is at 100%.

any info on how to do the proxy wars as the OFN would be great as the devs love to make every new one more complicated than the last. convinced the devs wanted to play a prank on us with how the madagascar proxy war UI looks/works.
thats bad game design at that point. It should not be a pain or chore for a player to play
@BasilTheSlayer TBF when you understand the UI, it's quite fun
@BasilTheSlayer I mean thats just what TNO is the pinnacle of: terrible design. Even the UI design itself just makes your eyes bleed and is a massive chore to use. Every horribly thrown together game element in that mod is entirely in service to the story and not the gameplay.

I got him assassinated really easy and got Gus Hall in ‘72 after I elected Goldwater. USA is probably the best content in TNO because of the election mechanics , GUIs, and the fact you are a superpower that can influence every part of the world.
