This video would have been on stock powertrain and stock springs/shocks. I had 17x9 wheels with 245 RS3s. I had a GodSpeed front swaybar and maybe Miata rear swaybar. Alignment with SPC adjustable front upper ball joint. Brakes I had upgraded to StopTech front BBK. In some of my later videos I have Ohlins DFVs but still a very similar setup.

It hasn't been an issue for me. With all the oil cooler failures I've seen on track, I think I'm okay with a little higher oil temps rather than adding the complexity of an oil cooler.

Yes, VIR requires an aftermarket roll bar. Stock roll hoops will not work even if you pass the broomstick test.

245 RS4s, Ohlins DFVs (10k/8k), Stoptech BBK, stock powertrain and stock aero

Some old-ish 245 RS4s. First time at NCM and took a little while to figure out. Still a good amount of room to improve.

At the time I believe it had 17x9 wheels with 245 BFG Rival tires, 30mm solid FSB, race brake pads/fluid but stock otherwise. OEM powertrain and suspension.

Basically he was saying the car setup had sensitive corner entry oversteer and would then go into mid-corner understeer. He thought the car had too much front swaybar and needed to add more rear rebound to slow the weight transfer. There was another S2000 he drove there that he thought the rear end was tighter and was setup better.

Charles Kowalczyk good to know. Were you squared with bigger front sway?

Yes, at the time I was using a Godspeed 30mm solid FSB and NC Miata RSB, Ohlins DFV coilovers. On 245 tires in a square setup.

@@i-barg Yes, with sticky 200TW tires it should be pretty comfortably flat.

This was on the stock cat. Only the UK modded catback was changed.

This was in HPDE3. It is basically stock (stock suspension and powertrain) except for square 245 RS3 tires, swaybars, Stoptech BBK, seats, roll bar and some other things that don't affect lap times.

I got lucky and found a guy selling his exhaust that already had the mod on Craigslist for $60. Typically it is about ~$100 for a muffler shop to do it from what I've heard.
