Hey i was running into an issue when I ran nvidia codewords it shows manifest is broken any clue

Any idea why sometimes the classes break and disappear from the asset editor? I had a function library as CPP and overnight it just broke for no apparent reason. Errors in the live code log lead to nothing, same in Visual Studio, had to delete the class. Only thing I found online is some guy saying live code is bad and you should manually build your classes from visual studio and launch the game from there, but nobody explains how.
