@@Blondul11 you are right, i have made a mistake. It is indeed better to opt for and 330e ofcourse, but in my country u can get the 320e for 10/15k cheaper. So its debatable if its worth thr extra money. Altough 330e all the way ofc

@@mikaelceylan that's fair. In the UK we don't even get 320e. But a low mileage 330e in good condition from 2019/2020 sells for about £20k right now. Cheap for the car you get.

Total system addressable power is 204hp. Combustion engine alone 160-isch. The drivetrain is the exact same as on the 330e but electronically limited.

@@riyanfransen1002 It's not the same as a 330e. A 330e with a B48A20B engine can be tuned to 400+ BHP. 320e can get to 300 BHP max.

@@Blondul11 There's a reason you don't see so many hybrids or phevs being stage X tuned, it's for starters almost redundant, you buy a phev not to tune it at first but for fuel economy and maybe the added power that it comes with, yet you're paying way more than a 330i or maybe a 340i which is sort of the ICE equivalent to your 330e spec wise for that level of performance, maybe the acceleration is better, but you won't gap it's ICE equivalent, I get you want to tune it maybe after owning it for a while, but it just doesn't make sense to buy a phev and tune it straight after having it on warranty just to get the same level of performance you can get tuning the other model for way cheaper and reliability. Then the Hybrid system is in 90% of new cars fine tuned to the engine's stock power, it's torque etc, you won't have that much of a smooth ride, you can search how a 740e owner if I'm not mistaken, among others, removed his tune after it didn't behave as good as expected with the tune. Then again, more problematic for a delicate powertrain should anything go wrong, no warranty (it's the same thing on an ICE equivalent, but it's far more important on a hybrid because of the batteries) and in some cases, but this applies more to conventional hybrids, the batteries themselves have a speed limitation in part due to the electric motor, overall it's something you can do yes, but it's got way more risks and isn't as good, hence it's not as common.

when flooring it like this the ICE would have kicked in too meaning some of that was actual engine noise.

It was wett, I couldn’t use launch control. But it is faster then. Too high RPM doesn’t help, because for the B38 engines, the maximum power is available up to 6000rpm. Above that, the available torque torque decreases immediately.
