My favorite brand
Wella💯💗
That’s nice
So nice. But where did you use the blondor? And where did you use 7/0, that is a dark color but ai dobt see it.
I used the blondor and 7/0 in a foil placement next to each other. Alternate foils blondor and 7/0 and root colour 9/1. Gives great contrast of such a light brightens of the blondor against the natural if the 7/0 Hope that helps 🤎
cutee❤
Hi, I’m a natural level 8 as my golden blonde has darkened overtime and I normally get a full head of highlights just for a slight brighten. Do you think this system would work for me I was thinking of doing the lowest percentage of welloxon and applying it to my roots which haven’t had any highlights first to get rid of any banding. I’m not too sure which shade to go for tho as I want it to have a really natural finish. Thank you!
No I would suggest still having your hilights as opting for a root colour full head will result in roots every 4 weeks. This is a high lift tint and is made to use with higher % Welloxon. Maybe go less hilights and finer and lift back to a level 8 or lighter
Would this combination of Wella Koleston hair dye achieve a similar result for someone with natural dark brown hair with a lot of grey/white hair? Or would it just end up brassy/orange?
No I would say you wouldn’t get enough lift, it would be too gold and not blonde enough.
@@hairupideas Thanks for your quick reply. What Wella Koleston hair dye would you recomend then? I have tried Wellaton 12/0 and 12/1 with 30 volume developer before and the colour I got was yellow-orange and it didnt cover my grey hair.
Hi lift won’t cover grey, it’s for lifting dark hair. I would suggest you lighten your dark with micro hilights to a level 9 or 10 and then cover your roots with a level 9 Koleston(9/1 as it’s ash to cool blonde) and do a glaze with colour touch or shinefinity after. There no tint that can lighten your dark hair without it being gold.
It looks the same almost
It’s a subtle change as it’s only a condition mask with a colour stain, if it was done on lighter or pre lightened hair it would be more vibrant
Looks so nice! I want to know the ratio of the two colors and the developer. is it 1:1:1?
@@hairupideaswait so..its 1:2?
Sorry my mistake I was replying to another comment in my video first colour touch. You have it right 1:1:1 👍
The music made me feel like I was in a jungle 🐈🐅🐿🦔🦜🐍🐸🐝🐞🪲🦋🐌🪱🦠🌴🌵🌿🌱☘️🍀🪴🍃🍁🌲🦠🦂🐌🦀🦞🦎🦜🦥🦫🐿🐇🐹🐀🦒🐆🐒🦧
Did you mix 8/98 with 9/61 and put it on the entire length of the hair? Or did you apply 8/98 to the roots and 9/61 to the length?
Mix together and applied to the whole head 💕
Love your work and Thanks for sharing. I am blonde with highlights and lowlights, Can I achieve two tones with the koleston perfect blonde range. I personally like a lowlight to break up the blonde. Also do you recommend any honey blonde in the koleston range. Thanks
Thanks for watching and kind comment. Without seeing you in my chair with your hair in my hands it’s hard to say what colours would be best for you, I would need to look at your colour history and take into consideration past services and condition of the hair My go to lowlights through a blonde are anything base 7 or 6 and the contrast against the highlight ( level 9-10) really works. Honey tones you could look at /7 /03 /17 The two tones your after would be achieved with lowlights and hi-light mixture so maybe not with the two colours being Koleston and there woild not be enough range Hope that makes sense
I am only seen your reply now don' t know how i missed it, Thanks so much for this info really appreciate it!
Beautiful and very sexy.
Your video has been the best I’ve found for my hair troubles! I’ve tried it today with a great result, just came out darker than I expected. Do Wella do a ‘clear’ colour touch to dilute the formula or would you suggest going up a level on each? Thanks 😊
Thank you so much for your kind words and for taking the time to watch and comment on the video. You could always just use 9/01 which gives a fabulous creamy look or yes there so /00 clear that you could add. Also maybe stick with same formula and reduce the amount of 8/81 💜💜💜
@ thank you for respond g so quickly! So it could be the 8/81 that’s a bit dark. I’ll try reducing that next time. Alternatively, would 9/96 & 10/81 be similar but lighter?
Yes 8/81 has an 8 base hence a darker look. You could always mix 10/81 and 8/81 to make 9/81 Then your formula would be 9/81 and 9/01 both being a 9 base so not as dark. Also keep I mind development time, if you don’t want such an intense deposit of time just reduce development by 5-10 mins. Hope this helps
@@hairupideas brilliant! Thank you so much
Where do you put the water?
There is a water barrel on the top handle
Hiya love this for salt and pepper hair, what is the percentage of grey and natural level please?
90% white at the front 65% white at the back. Base level 7
Love this! If you had 70% grey at front and 50% at back, natural level 6 what would you recommend to get a natural blonde (non brassy) result? Currently using 9/01 colour touch with 13 vol, which is great for the front but unfortunately very brassy orange at the back 😢
I would suggest micro lights with lightener to lift to a level 9 and then use your colour touch as usual. There’s no way of lightening level 6 to a cool blonde with Koleston or colour touch without it resulting in warmth.
So patchy…
Вот! Умничка. На 4 процентах!
Always Wella 💙💙💙
💯 ❤
Love your formulas 🙏🙏🙏
Why do you use 4% developer, not 6%? Does it cover stubborn gray hair better?
Yes I find if I use 4% then I get a better grey coverage. Especially on shades 66/0 and below
Какое время выдержки, пожалуйста?
Development time was 45mins
Love wella’s color line! ❤️
It’s fabulous 💯such a wise variety of colour lines with hundreds of shades. I’ve just ordered all the new Color touch range

Hey,i'am using now 7/1 and 7/3 and i want to change to blond could you please tell me which formula shoud i use. You are an artist
You need to lighten. You could start with lightening the existing colour with some fine baby lights and break up the root area and mid lengths,if you have a regrowth. Try and lighten to a level 9 and then swap your existing colour to a lighter blonde shade. Look at the 8 range and depending how blonde you want to be go to a level 9. Hope that helps with the basics. Remember after you may need toners to combat warmth and fading. Thank you for commenting and watching this video 😊
@@hairupideas thank you soo much ,I watched all your videos and subscribed to your channel I hope you can make videos on dry damaged hair.you are an artist.
Thank you for your kind words and support. I will pop your suggestion on my to do list. With input from viewers it really does help motivate me to make more content. 😌
@@hairupideas I have please a question,I dyed my hair today and I want to straighten it with Wella creatine straight how long should I wait between coloring and straightening? Appreciate your advice.
@rahalifatna8287 oh sorry I’ve never used a straightener so I wouldn’t be able to advise. Maybe contact Wella direct for best instructions.
If u had used the slightly higher developer %4 would it not have covered the grey?
I didn’t want to cover grey. I was blending and toning hair. If had used 4% it would have lifted my natural colour and bumped my base which was definitely not what I wanted., ending up with roots and regrowth. This colour formula using 1.9% subtly softens my greys to creamy ash blonde and has no lift on my natural hair base. Thanks for watching
No sé oye nada
????
This product is amazing ❤
Totally agree it’s a game changer 👏
Love the music !!!!!
It kinds looks the same ?
Yep that’s the effect we were after. We wanted to blend the regrowth and tone the hair at the same time. Thanks for watching
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥Круто 👍
Beautiful
What is this piece of paper and why?
I use perm papers to keep stubborn short hairs flat around the hairline. This ensures they stay covered in colour throughout processing and keeps heat on those resistant areas.
Its great, but i would have liked a bit more on EXACTLY how you twisted that up and pinned it. That part was basically skipped over.
One of my first attempts at capturing an updo on myself and above anything first attempt at editing. It was 4 years ago and I’m making slow progress on my filming and editing skills. Thanks for watching and postive comments ❤

Hi 👋 I think red shades like chestnut 🌰 mahogany can also suits your hair and skin tone 😊
Ahh thank you ☺️ I’ve never thought about those colours.Being naturally blonde I don’t think I could cope with the roots. Maybe one for me to think about
@@hairupideas I’m a natural black, I’ve tried ash brown last 2020 during the covid-19 lockdown, and the shade light ash brown suits my skin tone since I’m medium fair skin, Sadly ash brown fades quickly unlike other colors like chestnut 🌰 brown, mahogany, copper and auburn. Just a fashion style try ☺️
You are bless with full head of hair that is so pleasantly thick 😅
Thank you ☺️
