Brake check by Ford driver Plate # BSC8572 in Vancouver, WA
Driver was probably mad that I yelled at another driver at a stoplight for suddenly & erratically changing lanes like a crazy person in front of another driver, with no turn signal, and decided to brake check me to "Serve justice" on Tuesday, December 24, 2024, 9:43:28 AM heading North on SE 164th Ave while passing SE 20th. What a g thank you my dude! I was boutta go spark my emergency cigs if it weren’t for you. Vape market is crazy now this is the way to go. Mod is $50 5 pods are $20 and last 2 weeks each at most Geek bar is $25 Juice is $20 Same batteries damn near it’s better to just refill these things till the coil craps out - vaper since 2012
@@IssaAllenG hey man that's great to hear that you chose life instead of death. Fuck cigarettes. So nowadays I'm using a vaporesso Eco nano 2. It's really small & it only cost me $27 at a local shop. Has no button, and it has Auto drag. Major selling points for me. I kept burning the pods on the caliburn, they just don't hold enough juice. My vaporesso pod has lasted me like a week and a half so far! And it's only $7. When I first started vaping, I made my own USB pass through device and made my own liquid. Some of it was decent, but it's a difficult art form to master. If you want to go this route, I would suggest looking for a clone recipe of your favorite juice, and then buy all those flavor concentrates for the recipe. If you just go buying a bunch of random flavors, in my experience, 98% of them are absolutely awful, like "what were they thinking" awful. So it can end up wasting you more money if you don't do your research. I like TFA green apple flavor concentrate, vaped it for years at 20% mix with 70/30 vg-pg ratio, very easy recipe to make. I also like peach flavors, and maybe some tobacco flavors. Most flavors taste super artificial and nasty, and high quality flavors aren't cheap. So, sometimes it's worth it to just buy some juice. Maybe not from your local vape shop though, you can buy them online and if that's not allowed in your state you can just ship them to a post office or friends house in the nearest state. Geek bars taste amazing but they only last me like 3 days because they taste so good that I just demolished them. Oh yeah, one more thing, if you decide to make juice, it's important you get the highest quality nicotine, because it can turn yellow brownish when it gets oxidized and then it gets all spicy and disgusting and ruins all your juice and tastes harsh. Nude Nic makes good stuff last I checked a few years ago.
@@AncapistanVan you’re a freaking legend for this thank you bro! All the old vids of snooty vape customers that only use Capella flavors are flooding to mind hahaha! I totally had the same experience with the Caliburn I’m so grateful you shared your Vaporesso model so I can check it out. And such a prime tip about the lower quality nicotine. I had some juices aggressively marketed to me at Vape Summit 2014? and got spicy pretty quickly. Always wondered wtf happened. You’re a true g, man. Cannot thank you enough for all the priceless experience you shared and the tutorial. Happy cloud chasing!
@IssaAllenG thanks for your kind words :)
I have a similar problem with my L200 classic. Sometimes it’ll randomly say that the batteries are low while I’m taking a hit, yet it show that they’re both full on the display. Could this be fixed with a simple firmware update? I’ve never had a problem like this with my “shitty quality” Smok.
@@zeussx2120 no, it sounds like there is a physical problem increasing resistance in the circuit, like a cracked solder joint from the battery to the atomizer, or a bent battery contact. When you drop your device, the tops of the batteries get dented in, and then when the device is wiggled, the battery can momentarily lose contact for just a second. Additionally. This causes increased resistance because the electrons have to jump through the air gap, leading to diminished current and voltage reaching the atomizer. Your batteries could be full as measured on the display, but still not have a solid and reliable path to the atomizer, resulting in your symptoms. Look for a bent battery or bent battery contact. Ps, I have another video called how to fix vape mod shuts off when I bump it, where I show how the tops of 18650 cells can get dented in
@ I am using 18650s with the sleeves. Sounds like that might be the culprit of what’s going on.
@zeussx2120 Here's my video on modifying the battery top to make it slightly longer overall, but beware it's dangerous to use a metal prying tool, for hopefully obvious reasons. ruclips.net/video/MIcOy0RcBEM/видео.html Yeah you could try comparing the measurements with a digital caliper if you have one handy or I guess you could trace it on paper, compared to one of your other batteries. If you have a pair of batteries that works, and a pair of batteries that don't, and the measurement is different, then you would have some good evidence for your theory.
I let mine go down to 1% before refilling it. As soon as I did refill it, it said "Over Time".
I've never seen that! Hopefully they don't change it to stop us from refilling....
Thank you so much! This will save me a little money while I’m waiting to order the refillable pod vapes I usually use. I originally bought these to tide me over last time and I’m glad I kept them. Very useful information, and you made it easy breezy. 😘
@@AlisonWondaLand happy to help :)
Mine wasn’t hitting at all even with a full charge. Take it apart more from there and you can disconnect the ribbon cable then reconnect to “reset” it’s memory
how do you get into the battery area?
@@att9005just figured it out. Pull out the entire cotton wick+atomizer area (should slide out easy use tweezers if needed) There’s 2 clips on the sides you want to use a flathead to push up on. Once those are up get some wiggle room between the screen and the unibody that says geek vape. Wiggle and pull up, going back to the clips if it’s not budging.

Hello sir, I’ve come for advice on espresso maker(I drink a latte every day) in a van. I’ll be looking thru your vids after this for some insights. I’m about to change my drivers seat out, funny that’s your latest video. For some reason the notification for your videos was turned off.
Well after looking thru ur list I see no mention of making espresso. I have a memory of you having one..well could be someone else. I’ve fixed notifications, ur channel is small but a lot of good vids on diy van life stuff ✌️
@@TheMcdrewb i use a Moka pot with an induction stove. I can make espresso with it in about 10 mins, so it's not super quick but it's pretty efficient, reliable, cheap, durable, small, more hygienic without any grounds rotting in some complicated machine, and it's low maintenance. Sorry I didn't saw that you already answered, so just tighten clamp and noise is gone? I have the same problem and is getting louder
@@sebastianstobierski6802 the clamp kept coming loose for me, so in my case i probably need to replace the clamp and the flange seal. I've had Mercedes oem hose clamps do the same thing. Just plain worn out. You could spray it with soapy water when cold to see if it's leaking. The exhaust manifold gasket can make a similar high pitched squeel. Now that i listen to it again, I've still got the same issue, just to such a small degree that i only hear it when decelerating from 20 to 5mph.
Hi Did you find out what was the problem?
@@sebastianstobierski6802 to clarify for everyone, i mean the flange connection on the back of the turbo connecting the turbo to the exhaust downpipe. That was the root cause
Is this the old glow plug module with fuses that break? or is this the self reseting updated module?
@@KoryTheKind this is the self destructing fusible link type, no circuit breakers. I upgraded to the new type, much less trouble. Soldering ain't easy sometimes
@@AncapistanVan Okay, great, how did you open up that module? I think there are four tabs on the inside? I'd like to add an external fuse box to mine.
@@KoryTheKind hmm i think i pried it open with a flathead/scraper/spatula after heating it with a hair dryer. The seam is glued iirc.
Grateful to stumble upon a non-statist perspective on these things, should've guessed there'd be intersection of the two philosophies out there If I may ask.. how'd this hold up for ya over time?
@@pootuber Likewise. * Fistbump * Well, the spray foam didn't hold up in a lot of places. And the pink stuff ended up squeaking like crazy. So I took it out in a lot of places, like the roof, cuz there was a leak in the seam of the roof. I will probably replace it with MRI machine packaging foam from work. Like the closed cell white or black squishy foam that doesn't squeak. It's easy to cut and it doesn't make a mess, and it's very flexible. And you can get it for free from delivery businesses. The reflectix and radiant barrier air gap seems to be working fine. I hear it heat up and crinkle in the morning sun.
Nice, hey it was worth a shot, and from your other comments you kept reasonable expectations and accounted for a number of other factors going into it. I've only recently begun taking steps to ready my car for stealth life (minimally without mods, may not be the most comfortable but I prefer that for now), decided to start out with a roll of reflectix, and elsewhere online the debate over the air gap and condensation concerns grabbed my attention (since several years of living in an --unbeknownst to me-- moldy rental home seriously decimated my health/energy/cognition, I'm hopeful to avoid/minimize additional harmful environmental exposures). Glad to hear the reflectix and radiant barrier has worked out well so far (and that what didn't work hasn't been anything ya couldn't think your way around, ya got a good brain!) The foam packaging def sounds like a better bet, none of the mess and won't have to be worrying about breathing in a ton of fumes lol, it's crazy how strong that stuff is. I'd used a spot of JB Weld under the trim on the roof of my partner's vehicle when there was water intrusion, but still have some more work to do on that. As you commented above, moisture intrusion is indeed inevitable.. have to just mitigate it as best we can, stay on top of maintenance and be prepared to deal with the leaks as they come.
Does the O2 sensor plug back in minus side up or plus side up?
@@chickennuggets2672 there's no O2 sensor on the airbox. But those connectors are only going to fit in one way. Look for the locating tab
Mine doesn’t have any spark, changed the coil didn’t fix it, going to unplug low oil sensor next and try that. Any other suggestions ?
@@rufaast1969 if it's not the coil/igniter module, it's got to be the low oil sensor. Those are the two most likely things to cause no spark imo. I don't know what else can cause no spark on these things.

How’s this holding up?
@@jaylehman5173 it broke after a couple years bouncing down the road. I think a stick got into the fan and caused a refrigerant leak. My fault for not covering it with mesh. I wanted one a tiny bit more powerful anyway, so I can go to Arizona and texas. So I got a Frigidaire 6000 BTU unit and it absolutely kicks ass. I have to direct the cold air away from me because I get too cold. Also I found you can use even less electricity if you have the cold air blowing directly on you, cooling you with convection. This is cheaper than cooling the whole structure. But now I have so much battery power that I just leave it running all day and cool the whole structure. It's plenty powerful for the Pacific Northwest. I used it on 101° days and my van was like an oasis. It used to be an oppressive oven trying to do my job in the summer.
