From what work is this soundtrack? Some game or TV series?

No movie made yet, why a soundtrack of it ??? Did someone traveled in the future or what ?? I read the book as a teen, so is lotr. Wish I get my hands on more materials from J.R.R. Tolkien. One day when I'll clear all my debts.
