Very good, please, what is the glycemic index for fonio
From my little research, it ranges between 35 - 49 at most 66, which pleases it in three same range as other low GI foods like brown rice.
Please where did you get it from?
I got it from Delta State (Warri)
Unfortunately almost all oats are heavily sprayed with glycosphate poison. I would substitute with quinoa flakes or just don't use oats.

Please how can I make mine white and very thick ?
Use less water and add dried sweet potato it when blending. Also, if you have germinated rice, add to it when making your kunu
