Thease bunch of peole shamelessly market this as a 'last chance' opportunity at 2 crore. I think IT and software professionals have become money machine for builders brokers & bank, just generating wealth and funnel into these inflated properties rather than saving for real financial security.
Sir, you are absolutely right, but it’s also important to consider that land prices in Gurgaon are among the highest in the country due to limited availability of land. Moreover, most builders are using advanced Mivan construction instead of traditional red bricks and hiring the best contractors in the industry, which contributes to the higher cost. While this does make the pricing somewhat justified, I completely agree with you that it’s not within the reach of everyone. It’s a complex issue, but it’s crucial to understand the factors driving these prices. Recently Experion has bought a land on expressway 7.81 Acre of land in 400 crore You should look at few transactions as well ,Thanks for your comment.
Land is very expensive. No business can work on that thick margin. If margin is so high in real estate, then Ambani, Adani and Tata would be primarily selling real estate. Mivan construction has also increased construction cost significantly.

@@amazingmanish Yes, earlier Mivan shutterings were very expensive and like any other technology they are getting cheaper rapidly. But here the point is different, we a group of friends tried to compute the cost of building an apartment complex at our own only to realize it wasn't worth the pain. Land is really really damn expensive and most ppl fail to realize it.
