Hello, First the variable needs to be created . Next in the text box properties you set the.value of that field to the variable. When you run a Process from your App, the same variable can be set as input to the Process input parameter. Make sure that your Process accepts an input in the Main.xaml. I hope this helps. If I remember right, when you want to get the second refresh token you must use the first refresh token. If you let the first refresh token expire then you cannot use it to get a new token. Instead you have to place a new token request and go through the initial process. Basically do not let a refresh token expire.

We definitely can put something in there for sure. That was the near term intent of this video. A more solid use case must be discovered or hypothesized to justify why a state machine has to do something "inside of a transition" that it cannot do once it transitions into a state.

Thank you for the feedback. I'm trying to recall the naming convention. I think I named it so that I can identify it better in the App Studio ." Page -DC-DEMO" prefix kind of indicates to me that it was an artifact in the Demo app to which Data Context is bound. The rest of that name indicates what that Page contains. I guess it's the search bar? Again, classic Apps are pretty good at reconfiguring themselves when you change the name of your page to suit your conventions.

Hello, This approach is valid if you created a classic App. Since VB Apps have come about, the default App selection type is VB. Did you try creating a classic App by selecting the classic option? Hi in Part 2 I have explained about changes to the java script if you are deploying processes inside modern folders. You can watch that and see if it helps you. Today classic folders don't exist. You have to modify the script to work with modern folders. Thanks and I hope it helps.

Hi in VB Script based Apps you must refer to the file in the on "file added" event with this code: MainPage.myFileUploader.Value Where myFileUploader is the name of your file upload control on the Main Page. In case your fileuploader is setting automatic name to the file you can get the name of that file using: MainPage.myFileUploader.UploadFileToStorageBucket.UploadFileName.ToString() Once you know the file name you can use it to download file from storage bucket. Hello, thank you for taking the time to watch the video. The downside is that you are wired too tightly into the integration service. I have published videos in the same playlist on how we can use Integration Service but still remain loosely wired to it. The end to end demos look at a banking application. In the straight forward scenario this application is completely built as if it's meant to work with Integration Service. In the next series of videos we considerably enhance the entire system to make it possible for the banking automation to be a standalone process, but if required plug it into the Integration Service pipeline. Hi I'm not sure if we can do that directly in the data grid . But you may be able to do that using Custom List control. First set the Data source of the custom list to your Data Service Entity. And then add individual controls, example a label control. For this label control you can set the Text value to an Expression to combat the "$" symbol to the Entity column.

Hey how are you? Thanks for reaching out. It is possible. First create dropdown and the that to app variable . Example varInputValue. Next, in the Data Source of the table control set the source value to a Filter expression instead of an entity. The Filter function will look like this: Filter(Entity, [Entity.ColumName,"=",varInputValue]) When you select value from dropdown, the value of the varInputValue variable will change and that will dynamically change the filter condition. This will refresh the Data in your dashboard. Thanks and I hope this helps! Andy

@@RPAVanguard thanks sir i m doing good and thanks for asking i have used one more method which you have mentioned in one of the video when provided the data source value in table entity i have add one condition if varinput value isblank added the entity otherwise filter with value present in varinput. I hope this is also good way of doing that. So this method given me full data in table once user need filter then he can applied that.

Yes. You can try to add that in the if expression . If(isBlank(varInput), Entity, Filter(...))

I'm not sure if that is supported in the dropdown control in Apps. I will try it out and if I can find a solution, I will let you know. Instead of a reset button you can add a check box to clear options. It user checks the check box you can set the variable tied to the drop down to empty string. Thanks

To your question, if the drop down allows you to assign a DT variable and also the column name that will be source of the items for the drop down, it must be technically possible. But this has to be tested to see if it's actually possible for 2 reasons: 1. The dropdown feature of apps must allow you to assign a data table app variable to it 2. You have to populate the data table variable by pointing it to a data source to begin with before you can use it as a data source for the drop down Thanks

To clarify the Queue Reference ID is generated by Uipath when an item is added to Queue. It is not part of the Json. Thanks

We don't add it. But each time we add an item to Queue, the reference Id is generated and returned. In the App, the rule to Add item to the Queue there is a section to get the reference Id and add it to an app variable.

They are generic data types and will adapt based on the values you assign. In the last part of this video you can see how the same app variable behaves as a list or string based on how you use it.

Thank you! Definitely! First Add one button with value 0. In the click event of that button get its value. Add that value to the existing value of the text box . instead if using line break you are appending the button text. Test it and Each time you click the button a 0 must be appended to the text box. If everything works copy paste the button and change the values to 1 to 9. The logic behind the button will be copied to all buttons. Hope this helps.
