Gotta correct something here.. In the vid. He placed the red probe first, then the black. He inadvertently created a dangerous situation because now his black probe is hot and if touched, you can be electrocuted. The safe way is start by putting the black (neutral) in first, then the red (hot). And once done. Remove the red prob from hot and then black from neutral

Thank you!!! Just today I found the fuse end open and all parts missing. I found everything except the spring. I just found the spring to keep the metal tip in place. Voila!!! Now I don't need to buy a new pump.

I own this exact jump box, and love it. I also have the vacuum shown in the video as well and the 12v port provided plenty of power. I’ve only jumped 1 car, a Toyota Camry, and it started right up! This was for a stranded lady at Walmart who then took a pic of the jump box and was going to order one because she didn’t think it was going to work. Lol. Good stuff!
