Great instructions. Worked like a charm (just changing the gaskets and readying for a pro to refill). But when I removed the firing pin, ready to remove that tiniest O ring, it was not there! Clearly, it did not exist. Just the gap. The throat on the canister was a bit loose (it wanted to turn loose easier than the hex key removed the valve bolts) so I removed, replaced the big O ring, and greased that connection. But when apart I shook the canister upside down (in case the tiny O ring and/or its parts fell into the canister) and I also then used the wooden tooth pick to carefully push from the canister side of the valve intake and out the firing pin hole. Nothing. Is it possible this new (came full and held pressure all last winter) canister/valve could have worked without that tiniest O ring the whole season?

Why does the cylinder have to be empty? Mine is at 2500psi, can I not just add extra pressure to it?

When installing/removing the burst disc retaining cap you should not be using the cylinder gauge for leverage as you will eventually break it. Need to secure the fitting block head in a vice and re-torque to 18 ft-lbs. with a torque wrench, not "3x hand weight"....which means nothing. ruclips.net/video/LRdIYsC-AvA/видео.html

Wished there was a video on how to refill my Mammut SnowPulse cylinder (same as in this video) using a Hill Mark 5 hand-pump. It's the only pump recommended by Mammut for refilling by hand.

YOU KNOW,IT WOULD BE ALOT BETTER/EASIER IF YOU UNSCREW THE TRIGGER COVER FIRST THEN THE TRIGGER CABLE NUT SECOND AND THEN THE QUICK CONNECT FITTING THAT WAY YOU'LL HAVE MORE FLEX WITH THE WHOLE THING INSTEAD OF EVERYTHING BEING RIDGED LIKE YOU DID IN THE VIDEO,TRY IT, IT'S ALOT EASIER.AND YOU DON'T HAVE TO HAVE THE NETTING COVER OVER THE RELEASE VALVE EITHER.

I AGREE WITH YOU 100% ABOUT THE"T HANDLE"vs THE"D HANDLE". I'VE ALWAYS OWNED A T HANDLE AND IT ALWAYS FITS IN MY PACK WITH NO PROBLEM,THE D HANDLE WON'T FIT IN MY PACK,TOO BULKY ANYWAY AND I WEAR MITTENS (BATWAVE)ALL THE TIME.

Got some objections though: - it isn’t the way how the pack should be done by the manual of either Dakine or Mammut, therefor no guarantee when malfunctioning -Manual to be found exactly where the cartridge sits in the Poacher-rucksack or on the Mammut Homepage and when delivered with an extra manual - by packing the airbag from outside into the middle the inflation could result into bursting of the airbag, this is the reason why all manuals show a pack by folding it from about a third of the full length to the center and back.
