On a mission to reach my goal weight of 85kg
Transforming my mental and physical health
Beginner Gravel Cyclist
Currently at 116kg

Cycling is massively improving both my physical and mental health and I want to share it with as many people as possible. We as humans are capable of so much more than we give ourselves credit for and I want to prove that. I have been told I am mad for trying to do this and that only makes me want it that much more.

I was huge into cycling for years. Longest ride was 200 km in 8 hours. Make sure you get recovery days and buy an indoor trainer, go long rides not fast. Always remember the fundamental principles of having fun, enjoy your rides and be safe. You’re going to inspire people who will make it through this journey with you. Good luck

💪😎
Keep going Tyler 💪🏻 I'll try to watch your videos everyday
I started cycling last year. Along with that and a few dietary changes like cutting sugar and sweet drinks like coke and dropping alcohol- Im down 50lbs. Keep going!
I ride single speeds. And one thing I noticed is with a single you have to force yourself to pace to the bikes gearing, it's a good way of building stamina I noticed. You can do the same in a geared bike if you stay in a mid gear.
That's it pal remember to enjoy this all more spend time on your endurance more than anything at the start, the strength and higher speeds will come in time and when you're building up your base endurance you've more time to learn handling skills and you get to learn to love being on the bike in less than ideal situations which unfortunately you'll also run into from time to time, I started three years ago cycling to work when I blew my car engine up and now I race national series level duathlons, haven't chanced a triathlon because I hate swimming but you'll be surprised what this can turn into
Thank you 🙏🏼 I really appreciate the advice.
ay don’t give up, you’ve got this, soon you’re gonna have to do at least 10km!

We don't have gravel in Ireland, just mud😂! Good luck, you're setting yourself some pretty big goals. You'll ove Girona. Went there last year for the first time to ride some gravel. Fell in love with the place and I'm going back again this year at the end of May. You'll have no issue with the climate at the start of may. It's just like a nice summer day for us in Ireland. Not too hot. Just perfect.
Will you be posting route maps too?
Yeehaa! Keep it up
Thanks dude appreciate ya
