4:42 Honestly, I wouldn't have guessed that this was a racist "Chinaman" parody it just looks so silly, but the US had been at proxy war with isolated China for decades, so it was hard to humanize the Chinese. At the "Chinaman's" two appearances it is timed at the word "secret".
