    Not!!! My granddaughter is a very picky eater. I would be putting her to bed every night hungry or constantly having to offer her something because she is hungry and grouchy but doesn’t want what she is given. We give her small amount and tell her she has to eat it. If she wants more she can but she has to eat the few bits we give. This is horrible advice!

    • @evelynmunson
      @evelynmunson 3 месяца назад

      They help prevent disease. If a child is not vaccinated for something, it can be more severe compared to a vaccinated child. Note how I did not say that they completely prevent the disease. It only helps. Many help the body produce antibodies against the illness before there's ever an diseaseto attack. That way, when the disease tries to appear in the body, the body knows how to fight it off effectively.

    • @Cate953
      @Cate953 3 месяца назад

      @@evelynmunson Thank you for the response. This would be true if we are vectors for pathogens. A healthy immune system is our best defense. The number of vaccines administered during the first year of a childs life is ridiculous. As a baby only develops it own immunity after the first year, their natural immunity is totally overwhelmed. There are many studies that show very little correlation between vaccines & disease control. Please look at polio.

    liberalist doctor. It's one thing accepting the differences and the other tolerating bad lifestyle choices that put your own life at risk. It's your job as a doctor to make the patients want a healthier life and actually stick with it. You're a doctor(if you are), and not a paid cheerleader with white coat. I guess that's what happens in the west. Here in the east we don't have this BS. (4th yr med student)

      Reactionary clown. You're imagining she says this to people who are 5'2" and 350lbs. The media creates extremely unrealistic and unachievable body standards. If you're a girl, you're too fat if you're not underweight. If you're a guy under 6', no girl will ever want you. My younger sister was extremely insecure as a kid about having a big nose. Telling her that everyone looks different and that's okay is absolutely the right thing to do. The actual unhealthy lifestyle is trying to change your body with plastic surgery. Come on over to "the west" and tell my sister there's something wrong with her nose. I'll make sure there's something wrong with yours within the next 24 hours.
