Asc brother This is part of the Prophet's teahing. Like the Prophet (pboh) said "you must keep to my Sunnah and to the Sunnah of the Khulafa ar-Rashideen". So sometimes, we refer to what the Sahabas did aswell to get a better understanding of our deen. As for the first thing you mentioned. Islam is not only about the "big" issues, but it is a way of life. So of course people would ask about the small things in life aswell, like how you're suopposed to eat and drink etc.

@@ImIlyaz Asalam Wa Laikum Brother, My Question is why we need the rulings or fatwas of four school of thoughts when every small and tiny issue is covered by Allah Subhanahu Ta'ala in Quran and the words of wisdom in Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam's hadees. As far as the sunnah of the khulafa rashidun, Allah clearly ordered to revert back to Allah and Rasul Allah SAW when they contradict in any matter O you who have believed, obey Allāh and obey the Messenger and those in authority among you. And if you disagree over anything, refer it to Allāh and the Messenger, if you should believe in Allāh and the Last Day. That is the best [way] and best in result. At-Tirmithi and others reported that Saalim ibn ‘Abdullah (ibn ‘Umar) narrated that he heard a man from Ash-Shaam (i.e. the Levant - Greater Syria) asking ‘Abdullah ibn ‘Umar about Hajj Tamattu’, then ‘Abdullah ibn ‘Umar said: “It is lawful.” The man said: “Your father had forbidden it.” ‘Abdullah ibn ‘Umar said: “Well, if my father had forbidden it and the Messenger of Allaah did it, whom do we follow, the command of my father or the command of the Messenger of Allaah ?” The man said: “We follow the command of the Messenger of Allaah .” Ibn ‘Umar said: “The Messenger of Allaah did it.” In another hadees As regards the wording: “My father did not mean what you say,” then, in As-Sunan Al-Kubra, Al-Bayhaqi reported from Az-Zuhri from Saalim that he said: Ibn ‘Umar was asked about Hajj Tamattu’ and he commanded it, so he was told “you are opposing your father”, so he [Ibn ‘Umar] replied: “My father did not say what you are saying; rather, he said: “Perform ‘Umrah separately from Hajj, meaning that the ‘Umrah should not be done in the months of Hajj except by offering a sacrifice [Hady’], and my father meant that the House of Allaah should be visited during other months than the months of Hajj, and you have made it forbidden and punished the people for it, while Allaah permitted it and the Messenger of Allaah did it.” He said: When he [Ibn ‘Umar] was asked too much about it, he said: “Is it the Book of Allaah that is worthier of following or ‘Umar?”

it's not, when the prayer time comes you're to go to the masjid and if there's no masjid around then you pray anywhere that is clean

As he explained: 3 Types: Tamattu, Qiran, Ifrad Tamattu: Complete Umrah, then short hair, change clothes. Then after few days, again wear Ihram and start other Hajj rituals (i.e. Mina, Arafah, Muztalifa, Stoning, Sacrifice, Tawaf Ifadah, Saii ul Hajj, Mina 2 more days.) Qiran: Ihram with intention to Perform Umrah&Hajj together, Makkah, Tawaf-ul-Qudum, Saii Al Hajj, (no hair trim or change clothes) Then perform rest of Hajj Rituals (same as above, except Saii - no need coz it was done initially). Ifrad - Same as Qiran, except no animal sacrifice. And no intention to perform Umrah&Hajj together.

Five daily prayers are one of the five pillars of Islam. Leaving prayer is major sin and can lead to kufr. Every thing in your life should revolve arround the prayer not the other way arround. Do you want the Shaykh to say it's permissible for her to leave the prayers? We are not allowed to leave prayers even in the battlefield let alone for some weekly test/exam.... Jabir reported: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Verily, between a man and idolatry and unbelief is abandoning the prayer.” ---[Sahih Muslim 82] Abdullah bin Buraidah narrated that his father said: “The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: ‘The covenant that distinguishes between us and them is prayer; so whoever leaves it, he has committed Kufr.’” [Sunan Ibn Majah 1079]

Sheikh tells us how to enter jannah and according to that it's not necessary for women to get a degree
