Sounds like it’s a numbers driven concept and they target 2 huge moneymakers - wound care and diabetes-in the podiatry market. Not very value oriented for patient when Upperline is dropping nation’s biggest insurer in the Medicare Advantage arena. You are trying to corner podiatry market and then coerce insurer to increase payments .

This is one of the best independent sponsor overviews I’ve seen. Loved the simple math examples and the clarifying questions.

This could have been a highly informative interview but when you ask very general philosophical questions you get meaningless answers that you can just read off the companies website. As a result everyone time was wasted with your lack of preparation for this interview, the viewers of this video, Jose and even your time. Why didn't you ask Jose: 1. How they raised money. 2. How they find deals. 3. Their greatest acquisition success to date. 4. Their biggest investment failure to date? 5. How can they insure an invested company is operating efficiently. Is Clearlake involved with the management? 6. During the acquisition due diligence stage, how can they truly be aware of all the companies performance/product/clients/competition/employees issues and the potential success of their product, especially if it is in the technology sector?
