The incredible thing is that part of the photos that Riddler showed to the detectives in the first part of the film reveal his position (assuming that he has always been there or perhaps the photos were taken from closer, on the subway platform I think). Matt Reeves has already put before our eyes all the clues to the solution to the enigma. there's almost a meta narrative aspect to this film

One thing I didn't like about this movie was how freakin' dark it was. Maybe it was just the theater I saw it in, but in this scene, I could barely tell what was going on because everything was so black. At least when I watch on YT I can increase the brightness.
