Cut some shooting lanes and get up high. Many deer see camo as a glowing blue blob. Run a black light over your gear and you’ll see what the deer see. I did this and only kept the camo that was dead to the black light. Game changer.

When my son started hunting. It took him a little while to learn what he was hearing were not deer. I like to let him learn that on his own

I was sitting like this man but turkey hunting and in full camo when along came a covey of quail and walked all over my outstretched legs. I didn't scare them off they just went on their merry way. The only thing that moved was my heart as they left and some does with fawns came next and did the same thing. God is Great!!!

I had an armadillo do the same thing hunting in Ala in the 80’s. It made so much noise, but I didn’t see it till he was 10 feet away! 44mag Blackhawk did not put a dent in the population!
