OpenBve - Northern line: Waterloo-High Barnet on board journey
Просмотров 1,3 тыс.4 года назад
Hi guys, this is the very first video of me playing Openbve, where i was driving the train, but tried to spend most of the journey as a passenger. I Hope you enjoy it. I modified some sounds in the route including the train, its for my own fun, and personal usage only.
How did you get that view?
go to the end of the platform, right to the barrier thing, get the camera and point it towards the tunnel, and zoom in
Crazy how that's the only situation you can ever actually see an 09 stock go past that fast
I’m sure there are actually lots of sections but the reason is rarely stuck at these sections for long.
How did you get stuck tho
Passenger emergency alarm was pulled which brings the train to a halt.
@@LILC63 Or a red signal (as the driver announced) The passenger alarm could have been pulled in the train ahead of it for something like an item in the doors
Nice video
That is very normal for Victoria to come very fast the doors usually open before the platform is reached
62
Im gonna try do the same thing as this guy
Just as ahead they said, don't risk your life. I held my camera in good position, myself was way away from the edge..
The Victoria line towards Walthamstow Central in northbound kings cross, I’m always next to the tunnel and it’s sooooooo loud and quick when it arrives. 😮
Because there is the turn from euston. These trains are heavy as hell, of course they sound like eating the rails alive. Luckily I don't live on the central line. I have to admit, that both fast lines are loud, but the Central line is outrageously loud between few stations. My personal worst experience is stratford - leyton (in the tunnel) but Liverpool st. - Bethnal green is not an easy pie either. Where the train goes slow, i don't really count.
Nice catch! 😊
Is this going to Euston or Highbury and Islington
Euston
Please stand back from platform edge and THE TUNNEL!
5 likes that's the most I've ever gotten
He's not actually inside the tunnel he's just sticking yes phone to the side wall at the end of the platform and making the camara along the tunnel
@@Tr7ln I wonder why
The one on the left is h&c/circle line and the one on the right is metropolitan line
That’s why it’s the *light* blue line, THE LIGHTSSSSSSS🩵
🍪
yeh
BOTH
YOU ECSAPED FINALLY
THE DRIVER SAW YOU
AND OF THIS SPEED MY J-I-W DROPPED IN SHOCK
MY EYES
OHHHHH
OUCH
How did u get that far on the platform?
It is just the very end of the platform. Most of central LU stations trains just don't fit with last bits out of the station.
Love it good vid mate ❤
You see they arent high speed as if you record there speed its always around 20 mph to 45/50 Mph
Victoria line trains aka 2009 stocks tend to enter the station at 80 mph
@@exrahtmlthat’s why it’s goes so fast when ur on it then, unless it’s just me
@@exrahtmlAll LU trains are limited to 60 mph and trains dont enter at full speed because of ATO which is also the reason trains enter so fast.
Actually the train approaching Liverpool Street is a Metropolitan line train to Aldgate as the S7 stock used on the Circle, District and Hammersmith & City lines has 7 carriages while the S8 stock used on the Metropolitan line has 8 carriages
Is bro standing in the tunnel
Yeah😂😂😂😂
Dangerous
Why would you stand in the tunnel?
I did not.
The blue headlights in the tunnel make it look Stunning
I agree!
Real
At first I thought NASA was testing they're new rocket engines in the tunnel
ZOOM
I would say, that is a very fast station approach, although the central was known to have the fastest 1992 stock train but because the roll out of the 2009 stock back in 2010 and 2011 the victoria line is much faster now.
the 2009 stock was rolled out in winter 2009 actually first.
@@Great_WesternTVFan oh, that's something I didn't know about
Central, circle, h&c, metropolitan and jubilee are the fastest. Their service speeds allow up to 62mph. Also they have fast acceleration. I think the reason why the Victoria line may have a faster acceleration and deceleration is cause it has a lower service speed. It maxes out at 55mph I believe. It can do 80-90 mph without the speed cap though. Same with the other rolling stocks, on the lines mentioned. They've been capped to service speeds of 63mph. Probably due to the lul old infrastructure. The new rolling stocks also coming for the Piccadilly and Bakerloo can do 100mph, but also have been capped to 62mph.
Yo it’s so dangerous just filming there I just go to Walthamstow central
Wow
can not amagine how fast it goes racing right into the station
It really flies into Highbury and Islington going northbound
It does it everywhere for your notice
because kings cross and highbury are far apart
It's so dark in there
It tunnel
@@thekentishtrainspotter3052 Yes I know that
@@will25912 all tunnel is dark.
