It looks like it's time for another visit to the bucket Dentist . Would be nice to hear what you're thinking with your operating technique and how you adjust your bench as you progress through the overburden. I would also be interested in how you you got into working in mining and where you are currently working. How do you maintain road ingress and egress for each haul truck. Do you do it or is there a Dozer operator working in tandem with you? What kind of stress is there working at night compared to the day shift. Thanks for allowing us to watch you work and for putting up with my questions about how you work. I've always been interested in mining and the heavy machinery used in all forms of mining and construction. My interest started in the Sand Box 70 years ago in our back yard to now watching various types of excavators and hail trucks on RUclips. Thanks again for giving us an operator's perspective.
Thanks for the comment! Dig pattern and truck placement is key to be efficent. I prefer to load at a 45 degree or "through the tail" of the truck. That is the most productive method in my opinion but the truck drivers don't agree with me on that lol. This is a quarry so the rock is not overburden. The quality of the rock is essential for the best product so we need to blend the material during loading. Most of the time i would have to keep the area clean myself but sometimes a wheel loader is needed for clean up.
I had to watch this again, the snow just makes this video extra fun, wished it was at least 20 minutes longer lol, and from a different angle keep up the good work
Awesome footage in the snow, keep the good work up!! I’m guessing this rock or stone is going to be crushed and turned into gravel or road base material.
Little water suppression could reduce the dust and add a year or two to the life of that Cat Wheel loader and the Haul Truck. Nice video. Thanks for posting.
Är det en 130 tons grävare

Very clean floor in Quarry..
Yes pretty clean. Sometimes its hard to keep it clean when the truckies keep spilling :P
Nice video, thanks
Good Video
Does not use enough lift to fill the bucket
Yeah but that comes with time. Getting used too the machine and loading at 45 degree angle is more important
@@triple7433 should be the first thing taught!
Great operating except for patting the load down....bad practice
👍👍
