Her mature voice and and exquisite handling of jazzy classics fools us every time. Fact: she is in the middle of a pre-teen growth spurt - her hands an feet are enormous compared to the rest of her. Fortunately that does not seem to affect her musical abilities or her innate, unassuming charm. At this age, her "Shield" (her family) limited her performances to worthy causes, so my bet would be that Jake and Rachel were family friends.
