A quick work around if your BMW does not have a jump starting point and you are not keen to remove the fuel tank (and or are in a hurry!).

Canon Autoboy Zoom Super
Просмотров 4543 года назад
A 1989 model from Canon's phenomenally successful Sure Shot range, this chunky compact film camera - known as the 'Prima Zoom F' in continental Europe and 'Autoboy Zoom Super' in Japan - has an impressive spec. The 39-85mm f/3.6-7.3 lens has 9 elements in 8 groups and power zooming. The optical quality is comparable to Canon FD interchangeable lenses. Power: 6V 2CR5 lithium battery.

I have one of these but it doesn't have the date lcd on the back might pull it out👍
Anyone got a decent dismantle and repair video for this or the Olympus AZ-4. I need to clean one of my Mirai 35-135mm and I have an AZ-4 that isn't focussing.
Thx, they go for really cheap. Probably underrated bodies and haven't got the looks IMO. I'm looking at mint 401x atm. for around 30 USD equiv. Can I resist - lol.
Brilliant. The screwdriver makes all the difference. Thanks!
I have this model
How to transfer photo from there to my phone? Can you do a tutorial?😢
кроме штамп даты ничего хорошего
Кто то выкинул точно такой..Не знаю как его включить..Возможно батарейка убитая..Она 2019 года..Ну или аппарат испорчен..Пока не понял..Надо где то купить такую редкую батарейку.🙃
This is not a bridge camera I can't imagine why anybody would think it was digital cameras are bridge cameras.. the bridge between DSLRs . I've kept mine because it's such an incredible piece of high-tech considering how long it's been out even if red focusing at night. And one of the most important functions is it cannot take a picture until it's in focus thus saving your film.
Life saver!
No Pics 😥
Was released in 1989. I got a mint one for £4. Great camera, also good for clobbering anyone who annoys ya lol..
These are a bugger to jump with the battery under the bloody tank! Don’t ask me how I know 😂 You can access it via the starter, or add some jumping posts … the worst design of the 1150 models.
Good review. Thank you.
Hello there, another Brett Johnson video that makes you immediately go to eBay and buy another film camera.. I click the eBay buy button on cameras more than I do press a camera shutter button. Thanks Brett! 😅
Great video! I recently purchased one of these cameras very cheap, and it included the original owner's manual. One thing you might be interested to know is that you can program the camera so that the annoying "auto zoom" function is NOT the default function when the camera is first turned on. From the manual: "If you always wish to use the camera with the Manual Power Zoom mode or an exposure program other than the normal program AK, the desired mode can be memorized by the following process: 1 ) Set the camera for the Manual Power Zoom mode by pressing the Zoom Mode button so that the "zoom program" mark disappears from the LCD panel. 2) Select the preferred program AE by pressing the Program AE Select Button until the appropriate symbol appears on the LCD panel. 3) Press and hold the SPOT AF button and turn the Main Power Switch to "OFF". The Manual Power Zooming Mode and the selected program AE mode have now been assigned as your standard shooting mode. Once the memory process is completed, even when the camera is used in a shooting mode other than one placed in memory, the memorized mode will always be recalled by turning the Main Power Switch to "OFF" and then back to "ON" If you set the default to be Manual Power Zooming rather than the annoying auto zoom, I suspect you would enjoy using this camera more!
It looks like a Minolta Hi-Matic 7SII
Revue was the housebrand of the German mail-order shop "Quelle". They had many Pentacon cameras under their Revue brand!
Hi, I saw this video & it inspired me to buy one used for $3. I’m not sure it works. Do you need to load film before the shuttle button & zoom etc work? The battery icon blinks on the icy screen on the side of the camera?
This very high tech camera has DXing so what ever film you put in it automatically sets the film speed. It has infrared focusing and can focus even in pitch dark with flash. Also it cannot take a shot if it's not in focus thus saving your film . It's actually been out for a very long time! Incredible really. My only problem with it is that I can put 300 shots on my memory card and it won't cost me a penny to look at them!!
what film does it use?
35mm film
thank you for this video! just bought one :)
Did you manage to shoot a few rolls with it already?
I purchased one the other day on Mercari for $3 AS IS. I first had the flashing battery icon & thought it was a low battery, so I bought a new one. Still getting the flashing battery icon on the lcd, with the new battery. Then I loaded some 35mm film, which went well giving me a 1 count on the little lcd screen on the side of the camera. However, the shutter or the zoom controls do not work. I am thinking it's DOA. Anyone have any ideas? If there is no fix I can do will recycle it; since it was only $3.
Sick vid man much love from the uk. Thanks to my late grandma for providing me with odd cameras the internet says are crap… you’d never guess tho my photos are always great bc I took them and enjoyed the process 😊
Question : red light appeared whenever i want to take pictures button . Idk whats the problem. Helpppp
Hello, what is the missing button of this camera and what is it good for?
Subscribed. Great video.
hey! what film should I use for it?
You didn’t really talk about features or why exactly you gave it just a six?
here to give you endorphins
HI Brett love the video I have the same Pentax but in sliver could you tell me what a second hand one be worth? Thanks
And rhis is the only video of this i could find
Mine has started suffering from sticky rubber syndrome.
Could noco boost jump start it?
That camera (also known as Olympus AZ-4, minus the remote control port) was also in Batman 89 and was used by Joker henchman Bob The Goon, who was played by Tracey Walter.
I was obsessed with finding out what camera that was
I went to start my 05 (R1150R) and discovered no battery, I had left the accessory on the night before. You, my YT friend, provided the confidence to put a charger on there. An ingenious way to charge without removing the tank. I dreaded the thought of that. Thank you for sharing!
removing the tank is a royal pain, I put a new battery in a few months ago, and now am wondering what to do over winter to avoid having to do it again anytime soon..
what films does it use plss i need to know i have ecx1 panorama
Thanks for your review of this camera. I’ve got a Minolta Dynax 300 si & it’s much the same thing ie plastic body, same aperture settings & a generally good camera for taking photos. Again, they’re reasonably cheap to buy & you get a satisfying ‘clunk’ when you release the shutter. I’d agree that Minolta Dynax cameras are not for posing with. If you buy one of these, then it’s a good all purpose camera that’s fun to use.
⚡️
Keep up the great videos man👍🏼
what film i can buy ?
I recently found this ol camera in my shed wondering what to do with it. Is this camera worth anything should I keep it & use it? Do they still sale film for it???
Depends on the condition, might be worth keeping. It uses 35mm film, you can find lots of places that sell it.
Love the 90 WR. However, I use my Leica M4 a bit more though..
I'm planning on getting one to start photography is it good for a beginner
I you get the manual and make sure you know what it can do than yeah.. but a beginner who just wants to shoot for fun, i’d recommend to just get a point and shoot instead. This camera has a lot of features which if you dont know what you’re doing, your pictures will look awful.
what is the roll you would buy for this camera ?
Got the silver one and its literally the best point and shoot camera I've ever tested and I've owned quite a few : started with Minolta AF35 Big Finder and an Olympus AM-100 then got a Olympus MJU zoom 105 and the crazy beautiful Canon AF35M II... and despite the last one being amazing with a 2.8 lens, the sharpest photos with best exposures were all done with the Espio 90MC.. thanks for the video ! Hope it wont get vira tho so the price stay reasonable
do you know where's the button to roll film? to pretend the film got burn
I just got one of these and it powers on but I can’t get the flask out shutter to do anything. I feel like I’m missing something. Any suggestions?
Hello i have a question i hope you answer me. I have pentax espio 928 and there is H1 error code. What should I do? Thank you
Bought 4, 35mm camera's for £15 and this is one of them. The Canon Sure Shot zoom XL., also known as the Autoboy and Prima Zoom depending on what country you live. Apparently these roughly cost £280 when released. I've Just put a roll of kodak 200 colour film through it and waiting now for it's return to see if the photo's are as good as Canon hyped back in 1988. Great video thank you for sharing 👍🍀😁
I’m confused... how does a memory card work for film cameras?
it’s not an actual memory card. every card has software for different effects or functions for the camera..
