This figure looks really good, but it seems the jacket isn't long enough. Like it needs to be 2 or 3 mm longer. I'll have to double check the movie. Part of me wants to get this now, but another part of me wants to wait till NECA makes a Curse of Frankenstein, and a Curse of The Werewolf.

I'm on the fence with this figure. It's a great sculpt and the articulation looks good too but I reckon we'll see the marvel legends masked movie wolverine at sdcc in 3 weeks. These figures vary so much from year to year. Some of the early ones were better painted and some weren't. Yours looks a lot more yellow than mine, which is a 2021 figure. For an Ultimate, the Jungle Hunter has very lacklustre paint apps, some of which may have been 3D printed. The head detailing on the unmasked head is very poor as are the hands. If you compare this to the Ultimate Elder Predator the difference is night and day, that figure makes these look like bootlegs! I'm going to touch up the worst bits on my Jungle Hunter head and hands. The masked look is nice, but, I always wanted a final battle look.

You forget The Company of Wolves movie.

I bought these when they came out. (I bought one for each look!) There is shoulder articulation, up and down, the joints are well hidden and can be very stiff. All of mine would not stay standing, even on stands, so they all went back into their boxes. The legs are over-engineered and will give you problems over time. Study other reviews on here before you do too much more with yours. Mileage with these figures is extremely variable. I still like them though and one day I'll fix the poses and display them again.

Did you recover Jason's chain necklace? Jasons # 3 & 4 are my favourites. This is a very nice figure. I can understand it being a fan favourite - even if the film itself was mediocre - hobbled by all the edits to the kill scenes. A real pity; the film did have quite a few impressive (unedited) deaths (the party horn, etc 🤣).

This figure has aged so well. It still looks fanastic, despite being over 20 years old. Unfortunately, we haven't got any other mass produced Fly figures on the market, so this one remains the best we have. Neca or Mezco really needs to get hold of the licence and give this character some love. Great review, by the way.

Bought when they first came out and I hav THE FLY setting on my toy shelf after all these yrs. Great video on the McFarlane FLY figure ,it’s still an awesome piece to hav.
